I had a side mirror painted and overall it looks good and matches the other side mirror again (I had it replaced when the motor in the mirror went out) overall communication was sub par, I wasn’t informed about how long the paint would take to dry and I showed up at the end of the day and was told it couldn’t be put back on until the next day, I needed my car the following day for my daughters chemotherapy appointment and took my car home with 1 mirror and returned the next day. My vent visor was broken by one of the shop workers while reinstalling the mirror, elder promised he was going to order another vent visor, after 1 week passed I called to ask for an eta and he told me he didn’t have a tracking number yet and would call me back, I called him back another week later and he forwarded my phone call to voicemail, I just wanted to know if he was going to replace it or if I needed to, and to this day he hasn’t called me back. The shop overall was a bad experience, you shouldn’t promise to replace damaged parts and then not respond. If you didn’t intend on replacing what was broken that should have been stated upfront instead of pacifying the situation by telling me what I wanted to hear.

Bought some body parts a while ago, took them to several paint shops that all declined due to not wanting to deal with aftermarket parts. I contacted Elder based on a recommendation and he did not hesitate to accept painting them. The paint work and installation are excellent, honestly the photos speak for themselves. Will definitely be coming back if/when I need more paint work done.

The guys at Always Painting did an awesome job on my daughter's Hyundai Veloster. They replaced and painted the front bumper. It looks great. They are friendly and easy to work with.

I brought my wife's 2000 BMW Z3 in to Elder after another shop attempted some repairs that ended up with electrical problems, a misaligned trunk and a poor paint job. After seeing the quality of Elder and his teams' work I went for a full repaint and wheel blackening. They quickly fixed all the mistakes the previous shop made and provided a paint job that made this 24 year old car look like new. The wheel restoration to black gives it an updated look. We're so happy with the work I'm bringing my 2019 Ram truck in to repair some damage where someone backed into me. I highly recommend Elder and his crew at Always Painting.

I purchased a vehicle here and had it painted, it took over a year to get the vehicle in my possession even though I paid half up front. 2 years later I still don’t have the title to the vehicle. Many unanswered calls/ texts/ reach out attempts and still no attempts to make it right

Used Always Painting Body Shop after a wreck left my door completely damaged. APBS was recommended to me by a friend and for VERY GOOD reason, they are awesome. I worked with Elder who was so helpful in every way. He was easy to reach when I had questions, always calling me back if he missed my call, and made sure parts were ready even before I dropped my car off! Thank you, Elder for helping make what could have been a very stressful process to one that was easy, professional, and pleasant! They got the work done in about two weeks and it looks perfect! Britton & Elder did an amazing job on the body repair of my vehicle after an accident! They handle the whole situation with the insurance company, and made the process so stress free and enjoyable. I never had to wonder if my car was being worked on or where we were at in the process. They were constantly on top with updates and statuses of parts ordered. Not only that but the atmosphere of the body shop is super relaxed and very chill. Britton noticed immediately that this was the first accident I have been in, and took the time to answer all my questions. Even though Im sure I asked some questions twice!
