Guys did a great, though routine, job of towing my van today. However, it was snowy and raining and I slipped and fell backwards hitting my head on the concrete. They helped me up and I was ok. I drove my other car behind them to the dropoff spot. Apparently I was a bit disoriented and they got me inside and explained to the receptionist what had happened. My son came and got me. I got checked out at the ER just to be safe. Later that evening I got a call from the driver just checking up on me. Above and beyond in every way. I wish I could remember their names. Thank you.

JB was awesome! Picked up my sons car at 11pm and took it to the dealership for me and dropped it off. It was late so really appreciate how kind he was to come pick it it up at my request. Unfortunately we could not leave the car since it was blocking others.

passenger front tire blew out heading south on i35 with no spare. called a few other tow companies but no one could help. JB showed up within 15 minutes of me calling him. he gave an accurate and fair quote and transported myself and my vehicle to safety!

JB received the call to tow my vehicle late at night. He was friendly and communicative. He was considerably prompt in getting to my vehicle and dropping it off at the auto shop. I appreciate his friendly tone and professionalism.
