I was looking for a Haynes repair manual for my 5.9 cummins engine. They said they no longer carry them. I am old school, and I like to have a repair manual to hold on to and use whenever I need it. As I live outside the city limits where the internet is not reliable.

I went in the other day looking for an inner tie-rod for my 2008 Toyota Avalon. I had a picture for what I was looking for and everything. The guy Todd brought me one and it was a different end and a bit longer than the one I was looking for. I asked him 3 different times if this will fit on my car (because if it didn’t I would have to find a ride to work the next morning) and he said ”yep, that’s a tie rod.” So I went on my way and when I got back to my vehicle, it was the wrong size. I was very upset and disappointed because I had trusted the guy to help me out. I went back and returned the part. Sadly I will not be returning to this location.

Showed up five minutes before closing with a dead battery. The gentlemen happily replaced the batter under warranty and stayed after closing to do so. Thank you for making a difficult situation as easy as possible.

This place is very convenient for me and close to my home. It is usually not very busy and most of the sales people are friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say they have the cheapest prices but it is always fully stocked and I have yet not been able find what I needed. They are also a UPS drop point and pick up location. If I'm ever going out of town it is very nice to be able to have stuff sent there instead of just sitting on my porch. I love the fact that they are open later than most places for UPS till 9 o'clock.

The guys working here are awesome! They were super helpful and knowledgeable. Tim tested my battery and KB changed it out and it was under my passenger seat, not the easiest place to get to. I would recommend this location to anyone!

I normally don't get on and review things I feel like it's a waste of time but I felt I needed to share. The gentleman at the store went above and beyond for me for just a radiator cat I've been to probably 5 different places today o'reilly's o'reilly's and different auto zones And just because they couldn't find the exact match in their computer for that part number they would not look to match it up I know not all parts can be done that way but some gaskets as well as maybe daring's different And things of that such definitely can and he grabbed my cat after he searched in the computer and went and looked down the aisles and then went to the back of the store I found one I appreciate it very much For any managers to talk to this employee register 06 employee number 2764 khaki B Thank you that was greatly appreciated it got my truck up and back to my customer that was the last little part I needed after a complete engine rebuild

Don't come here for auto parts! I bought "lifetime warranty" parts from a different Advance Auto Parts store over 10 years ago. Even with my original receipt the employees refused to honor the warranty because they said I had already done a warranty exchange. I thought the warranty was "lifetime?" Apparently not.Other auto parts stores in town honor their warranties. If a lifetime warranty isn't honored you MAW buy the part cheaper online.The only reason I didn't give them 1 star is because Todd was friendly and professional. Definitely NOT returning!

Don't expect to get them to put a battery or wiper blades on! Told me I cant leave store alone everytime I'm there! So why offer a fake service you cant provide! I understand not leaving store open without employees but why only have one employee all the time or one working and one hiding in office! Wish someone else sold diehard

Bob waited on me, and extremely professional and kind. He has amazing customer service. We definitely need more people like him in all stores.?I will definitely be back and buying parts and cleaning supplies for car. And just to see Bob with his kind self. Excellent Customer Service?

Went to three other auto parts stores and they were all terrible. Shout out to Dee!!! He provided “old school” customer service!! No need for me to go anywhere else in the future!!
