The people are great. David. Lynn. Tina. But they are understaffed. Only one person working most of the time and you can wait in line up to 10 min sometimes. I come to this place frequently and most likely you are gonna have to wait 5-7min in line
They need to understand when the traffic is at its peak and schedule accordingly.
This is MY 711, and it's tough waiting and seeing the people working stressing about the wait and the line.

This used to be a great place to buy gas when it was independently owned. Now that 7-11 purchases it they quit selling "none ethanol" gas, which is needed for classic cars.But the biggest irritation is you get the message to "see clerk for receipt" at least half the time. If you "pay at the pump you expect to get a receipt at the pump". I can't be so unlucky as to always get the pump that is out of paper and I seldom use the same pump. Seems an employee ought to be assigned to check the receipt paper every morning......but maybe that is too costly or hard.Typical story in America, a mom and pop business is bought out by a corporation and they dumb it down and service goes in the toilet.It's further away, but guess I'll start using On Cue.AFTER THE RESPONSE FROM 7-11, I WENT BACK 3-20-2024 AT AROUND 3:00 pm AND FILLED MY TRUCK ON A DIFFERENT PUMP. SAME MESSAGE CAME UP AFTER DONE "SEE CLERK FOR RECEIPT".DO YOU USE A SERVICE TO REPLACE PAPER IN YOUR PUMPS OR DO STORE EMPLOYEES DO IT? OBVIOUSLY IT WAS NOT DONE YESTERDAY, AS TWO DIFFERENT PUMPS WERE OUT OF PAPER, 5 HOURS APART.REAL EASY TO RESPOND TO SOMETHING YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT! IF YOU'RE THE OWNER WHY DON'T YOU CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF. NO RECEIPT AT THE PUMPS IS NORMAL FOR THIS LOCATION, NOT AN EXCEPTION.FROM THE NUMBER OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS AT THIS LOCATION, ITS APPARENT THE STAFF NEEDS SOME RETRAINING, BUT MAYBE IT'S THE OWNER SETTING A BAD EXAMPLE.

Disrespectful employees. Walked in went to the bathroom with an upset stomach. A minute in and I get a knock at the door. Another minute I get another knock then thirty seconds later another aggressive knock and the old lady behind the counter yells hurry up. There is two bathrooms there if it's an emergency and you can't hold it for 5 minutes go to the other bathroom. Respect your customers privacy. Dont harass them while they are trying to use the bathroom. Don't ever forget this either customers are the ones who feed your families. If you don't respect your customers privacy you shouldn't work in the service industry. I would like a managers reply. Your employees need some training.8:45 am 02/15/2024.

I walked into the store and went directly to the counter and the manager was on her phone for a solid 30 seconds while I waited for her politely, she finally asked me what she could help me with and I asked for a charger and she told me where they were. Also she lets her employees be on there phones freely while customers are waiting in line and are in the store. ( I don’t think higher ups would appreciate there on the clock employees on there phones) overall attitude of the manager was 1/10 and I hope that you learn to not treat People with that kind of attitude. I hope you find peace ???

Don’t go to this location. I have been there 2 times and they are using scammers and stealing peoples card information. I know others that have had this same issue with them.
