Rating 3 stars instead of 1 because the other staff from earlier this stay were friendly. My wife and I had come in the other night and amongst the few things we purchased, there was alcohol. The employee working asked for ID and then told us our son had to go stand outside because we were purchasing alcohol. My wife proceeded to ask her if she makes all children go outside when their parents purchase alcohol and she said no. She kept rambling about people buying alcohol for minors and how they cannot even touch alcohol to which I replied, “of course not, he’s 11.” Then she proceeded to insult my wife based on our age when finding out he was indeed our son. My wife is 28. When she found out he was ours she said, and I quote “God, I sure hope not” with a snarky attitude. This couldn’t have been more unprofessional and impolite of an experience I’ve ever encountered.

Nicely ran store compared to other locations, staff was friendly and courteous, all in all a pleasant experience

I just filled up my car with $48 of gas. I then went into the store to get change for the air machine and the brainless clerk would not give me change unless I purchased something “in the store”. Nothing I said could change his mind. He could not have cared less about my flat tire, I simply needed 8 quarters.
I used to come here weekly to fill up. Never again.

The older guy who works morning m-f is the literal definition of customer service, he is literally the sweetest he knows all his regular customers by name, and says it every time you walk in “hey how you doing Amber” is always friendly and talks to you. He deserves a raise ?

The 7-11 on E 2nd and Coltrane has friendly employees I was waited on by a employee named Amari. Amari was super friendly and cheerful it was really nice we need a lot more people like Amari! ?

They always try to greet everyone that walks into the store and what ever they are out of they let me know when they should have it back in stock. They are always so friendly its heart warming.

Worst. 7 Eleven. In. Oklahoma. They can't seem to figure out how to hire people who know customer service. They cycle through employees monthly. The employees they hire have no sense of how to talk to people. It's sad when a customer knows how to do a better job completing a transaction than the employee. Don't go here.

The manager with the freckles she is so nice and wonderful.. I love this store, the restrooms are always clean and the roller grill is always fresh and my coffee is always made fresh for me one of the best 711s I've been to by far
