I recently visited a brand-new 7-Eleven store, and while I was initially impressed by its modern and clean appearance, my experience took a drastic turn for the worse upon encountering the restroom facilities. Despite the store's overall fresh and inviting ambiance, the bathroom was in stark contrast, presenting a shockingly neglected and unhygienic state. The stark difference between the store's pristine condition and the bathroom's dismal state was jarring. The floors were unkempt, littered with debris and stains, suggesting a lack of regular cleaning. The sink area, which one would expect to be a bastion of cleanliness, especially in these health-conscious times, was far from it. The faucets were grimy, and there was a noticeable absence of soap, making it impossible to maintain personal hygiene. As a frequent visitor of various 7-Eleven stores, I have come to expect a certain standard of cleanliness and upkeep. This experience has unfortunately tainted my perception of the brand. It's disheartening to see such a beautifully designed new store fall short in an area as crucial as basic sanitary facilities. While the new store's appearance is commendable, the deplorable condition of the bathroom facilities severely detracts from the overall customer experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and immediate steps are taken to address these hygiene issues. A well-maintained restroom is not just a matter of aesthetics but a fundamental aspect of customer service and care.

I recently visited this newly remodeled 7-Eleven, expecting a clean and well-organized store, but was met with the exact opposite. The lack of cleanliness was immediately apparent, with floors that were not only unclean but also gave an overall feeling of neglect. This was surprising and disheartening, especially for a store that has just undergone remodeling. The state of disarray extended to the shelves as well, which were poorly organized and messy. It was challenging to find what I needed, and the overall shopping experience was negatively impacted by this lack of orderliness. However, the most distressing aspect was the condition of the restrooms. To be frank, they were the nastiest I have ever encountered in a convenience store. The state of the restrooms was reminiscent of old convenience store facilities that were so poorly maintained they had to be locked and accessed only by request. The urinals and toilets looked like they haven't been cleaned since they finished remodeling over a year or more ago. On top of that the soap dispenser was a commercial bottle which had been filled with water because the store ran out of soap so clearly the soap dispensers are broken. This is not what one expects from a prominent and well-known establishment like 7-Eleven.My concerns extend beyond just the appearance and cleanliness. If basic maintenance and cleanliness standards are not being met in visible areas, it raises serious questions about hygiene practices in food and drink preparation areas, such as with the coffee makers and fountain drinks. I would be willing to bet those aren't being cleaned either.I hope this feedback is taken seriously as an opportunity for improvement. For now, I would advise potential customers to consider other options for their convenience store needs.

It’s a nice, newer facility, but management has given up trying. They were out of most of the coffee’s, and the coffee area is littered and disheveled. Meanwhile, three employees were too busy. Joking around to notice anyone. After trying to coffee, carafes, I walked out and left. Go down the street to the 7-Eleven by I 35, the employee (Desirae) in there this morning was busting her tail. And they had coffee.

Terrible service. Guy walks outside to take the trash out and he's using very foul language. Definitely not going back.

This one is fancy and nicely updated. I love the automatic coffee machines and wide selection of products available. Plus the air machine outside includes an automated tire pressure monitor. Now my tires are properly inflated, too. ?

Normally pretty decent they are going through a current renovation or at least finishing it up. Just showed up at the store however and the doors are locked with all lights on. This is a 24hour service mind that. There were no signs on the doors stating it was closed for the night or a change in hours. The doors even partially opened though the lock was visibly in place when pulled open a gap. Waited several minutes wondering if they had run to the restroom and nobody. A slight bit irritated considering this was a trip I really needed something on. Drove a little further to another OnCue.

It’s interesting how a company like 7-11 can take going public and wreck their business on numerous fronts. Pay $10.00 to air up your tires? Seriously?!Clearly On Cue is in a league of their own and 7-11 is no longer a worthy competitor.
