Until 2wks ago (3/1/23) I would have given this store a 4star review. Now I am 5 for 5 on getting the flavored tea from the plain tea pot... seems trivial but if they can no longer get that right what else are they missing... no apologies no free refill just go away and we will get to it....

A gentleman by the name of Brandon sold cigarettes to a person did not ask them for a ID. I am the next person he asked me for my ID. I asked him why he did not ask for Jimmy before me for his ID and the guy went crazy. He started yelling and screaming. He would not serve me because of the situation and I said that’s not a reason not selling cigarettes is yelling and screaming. The customer behind me tried to purchase the stuff and then as well I asked for his management information he would not give it to me. As you continue to feel disrespected, embarrassed, and belittle me in the store.

Parking sucks. Their in-stock selection on a lot of items is actually beginning to make me laugh when I go in there. Every time I go I make sure I wait a little while before going back. And each time it’s just as inadequate.

I'm not too impressed by this 7Eleven, not so much.Poor communication, regarding The Hiring Process & not much urgency as far as remembering the caller(s) on hold. Also, I recently used a paper-form I.D. from Woodcrest Tag Agency for my purchase of Tobacco, etc.The clerk declined my expired I.D. (Understandably so), but approved my Paper I.D. I grabbed from my car.. It includes a photo of me, Bday, etc.I was waiting to receive my I.D. in the mail. Possibly a couple weeks, Woodcrest explained this to me and so I mentioned the same to the Clerk, reassuringly.Afew days later, I come to the same Location, with my same legal, temporary Paper I.D.I show the Clerk my I.D. for a similar purchase as last time..He looks me in the eye, tells me they can't (Refuse to) accept it.I'm aware it's not the Fresh New I.D., however, I'm well over 21. I'm an American Citizen. I've used it just fine once, with his coworker's help. I mentioned that to him..He still refused to sell me the items.I said something along the lines of "Okay, so you're telling me, your coworker accepted my Proof of I.D. & you won't? I think more accurate communication, between employees and maybe even managers, needs to happen at this store. Thanks for your time".I caught afew grins, chuckles & clearly no second thought or attempt at an apology or explanation.. "So, I'm not a Thirty-Something Year Old, American Citizen, with legal and previously approved proof of Identification for tobacco & alcohol products?"It blew my mind, but instead of going back to that location, I would rather inform anyone of this immature & sloppy attempt at service, from this particular location.I'll just get it from somewhere else, Little Man. Lol.

Should not be selling food with no running water or bathrooms. That's disgusting. Then you can't even use the portapottu because only your employees can use it?

It was nice but the bathroom is in the back by all the stock products and this guy was in there working, so I thought I was waiting in line with a ghost.

The staff is always nice and polite, but when you advertise. 99 cent slurpees and the machine is always down, and I mean ALWAYS, it gets to be a little annoying, especially since the location sucks getting out of.

BEWARE!!Been to this place about three times and none of the staff or management enforce masks. (Only this location I can speak for). They have signs posted about masks but will let anyone in.You have lost a customer for LIFE.
