Can I just say I’m SO impressed with every single associate at this pharmacy.. they have gone above and beyond for my nieces medications and seem to have so much care. We tried CVS and they were awful and so unprofessional, Pruetts was great but they didn’t take GoodRx, so we switched to Walmart with our fingers crossed and they have really exceeded far above our expectations. We’re so grateful for the team here at the Durant pharmacy.

Only choosing one star because it is required to post a review. Otherwise, it would be ZERO stars.On two trips to the Durant Walmart Pharmacy, we were told that the doctor had yet to authorize the prescription (untrue). We talked to the doctor before the first trip and before the 2nd trip, and each time were told that everything had been sent to the pharmacy, which is the truth.On the 3rd trip, the doctor had authorized it (a second time which is the only authorization the pharmacy said they had received (untrue). Still, they needed further information from the customer. That information was provided, and then we were told the drug was out of stock. So, it will be nearly a week of trying to get it refilled before it is in our hands.Scary to think that if not having this drug meant death if it took a week to get it refilled. This pharmacy is extraordinarily unorganized and unprofessional.If they are trying to reduce their workload, their strategy is to reduce customers. Congratulations, this customer is relocating to a better pharmacy.

I came to the pharmacy to fill a prescription that I was out of. I travel so I had to have them transfer it. After waiting an hour I was called and told that I had picked up 150 pills on the 14 th and could not fill it until may 30..... A whole month. This medicine makes me very sick without it. Not a narcotic even. I contacted the pharmacy in Missouri were I had it last filled and who supposedly said I picked up the rediculous amount of pills....I only get 90. That pharmacy said they didn't say that and that everything showed I was due for a refill. That pharmacist was great and very helpful, she decided to call Walmart to straighten it out. She called me back just angry saying Walmart was so rude and still refused to fill it saying it was not very high on her list of things to do. How unbelievably rude and sorry I was bothering you with filling my medicine.........you know ...your job...that thing your suppose to be doing. I use gallipot pharmacy in calera ok now.......they are a real pharmacy....they do there job well. Never use Walmart pharmacy again......fire her.

My prescription was ready but I had to stand in back of 10 people before I could get it. Then when I got my prescription for my broken finger they told me I had to go to the pharmacist and then he had to bag it which I had to wait in line to do that this is a prescription I've had before in the past told them that but they still had to give it to the pharmacist and I had to wait in line. Then the pharmacist calls out what medication I have while I'm standing there for the store to hear. That's not very private. I could have just paid for it and then been on my way! Ridiculous! Won't go there again even though their prices are good.

This is a horrible pharmacy. Every time I try and call them they never answer the phone. My doctors office has even had trouble getting through to them to send them my prescription refills.Last time I went to pickup my prescription they had texted me the incorrect total so I didn’t have enough to get my entire prescription list and the sales associate was very rude and irritated because I didn’t have the money to get them all. Do not recommend.

I was in this store 2 days ago,I have to tell you it has a serious problem WHERE IS BENTONVILLE ,I WAS WALKING PASED TWO EMPLOYES ,to get to the garden center they were standing by the isle of summer cups and dishes the one on the right was saying F___,sh__and f___ not whispering other people turned and looked at her where is the manager the horrible loud in the parking lot was bad enough but this shows how far down wal mart has gone what a sad day for the founder

Working years ago for corporate Walmart. Walmart has gone down the toilet. I have been to the pharmacy twice and I’ve had to explain patiently and then chase my medication down. The Denison Walmart does fine . Sherman Walmart does fine. When I’m having a heart attack basically and I’m told that they can’t find my meds. And then for the second time I’ve called the clinic put it on speakerphone and have them tell them that they sent the prescription over by a half hour to an hour prior. My blood pressure shoots out of the roof. Technicians are very nice sales people very nice. The thing that bothers me is a say that everything is linked but it is not. Walmart has to call another Walmart to ask them about a prescription. That’s not being linked in the system ! I can call the other Walmart and get the same results. Time to up your game folks here at the Durant Walmart pharmacy ?

If I could give a negative 5 I would. I called to have my medication transferred from another pharmacy. When asked when it would be ready I was told in a hour. I went to the pharmacy 9 hours later and my medication was not ready nor was it even transferred. That left me with out my medication that I take daily. This is the 3rd time this pharmacy had done that to me. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN!!!!

The pharmacist Jason is the best in Texoma! He goes above and beyond for his customers. He listens and provides exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person. I know he must work a lot of hours because he's always working when I'm in there. He's always smiling and friendly. I appreciate all that he has done for my family and my pharmacy needs through the years. He leads a good team, too. They all work really hard to provide great customer service and quick as well. You don't have to wait very long to pick up your prescriptions. Kudos to all of them!

does anyone know who to report a very ugly, rude jason to???? 5 of us listened to him verbally accost and demand and humiliate and upset an elderly person so bad they were shaking!!! who does he think he is god to demand folks and tell some things not accurste!!!! a gal told only 2 were available when they were told by amanda all 3 scripts were ready to pick up!!! he started arguing and disputing when a copy of recording is recorded and 3 doctors can vouch!!!! he lied on the person and said she should been there morning and said 10 damn days!!!!, that pharmacy sucks....we got 10 others who will testify about horrible things including incmpetent employees at pharmacy telling no scripts were sent when we had documentation!!!!

Missing so many items inside !!!! No engine oil ( diesel ) no grease ..... many many more items just unbelievable.....
