I walked into this store wanting to purchase a tablet for my husband's birthday, I was advised the system was down. (After receiving a look that could have "killed" me.) The associate took my name and number and said she would call once the system was up and running. That was over a month ago. I'm still waiting! I'm glad I purchased the tablet from another Verizon store where they were so welcoming and helpful. I'll never step foot in that store or advise anyone that I know to go to this store in Durant. Very rude and unwelcoming!!

Per 2020 business model, about seven rings before pickup. Greeted nicely. Inquired about Verizon unlock policy on cell phones or second party purchases, the representative was knowledgeable, and seemed a bit put out, and dismissive. Told to go elsewhere. My impression, though a client now, no better than AT&t especially at the franchise store level. My take away if you want to be treated with any respect or anything unless you're going into by 6 phones is to contact a company store regardless of the carrier. It's a real shame that nobody knows what a good business model is anymore-a lot of talk but no proper action.Yet again upper management prove that they don't know what happened down at the street level and wouldn't know what to do about it anyway

We had a stressful situation, and my daughter had to go in the store and take care of things. She was very nervous because she hasnt had to do these things before. Edwina helped her out and my daughter said that she was so helpful and made her feel at ease and made it easy for her. I am so glad that there are people that I can trust down there. I am sure my daughter will never leave verizon now. haha

ATTENTION:DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "VERIZON" 3RD PARTY AUTHORIZED STORE. I purchased a set of Samsung earbuds at a cost of 164 dollars, long story short. I had to speak with a Durant employee named Brandon who was unable to exchange or refund. I bought them March 30th. It wasn't even 14 days before they started acting up. I had receipt in hand, I was told to call Samsung or call a corporate Verizon store??? I then travel to Mckinney where they said, they couldn't do anything because it wasn't a legitimate Verizon store... LONG STORY SHORT, BE AWARE OF FAULTY PRODUCT FROM THIS RETSIL STORE.... I just left my ear buds at the mckinney Verizon store, and walked out. Unbelievable.

I can’t remember who helped me but she was so nice and helpful. We had to make a few phone calls since I have an out of state ID but she was super helpful and patient. I could tell that she was tired but she still was so patient, kind and helpful. Great service over here in Durant!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!I went to this store today to get my new $900 Verizon phone that I purchased Monday in working order, since it did not call out, did not receive email, did not receive tests. However, that was not ment to be.I was let in the store by a person with short hair and tatoos all over his arms. Later he told me his name was Luis, the store manager. He never did properly greet me or say hello or boo... Luis then asked for my phone number and spent the next 20 minutes getting my id, authorization number, reviewed my account information he asked for my old phone. Next, he spent another 20 minutes taking the SIM cards out of my old phone and new phone and switching them back and forth. Since he was not able to fix the issue with my new phone he had no idea what to do. When I asked him if he could call someone in support he said that since I didn't buy the phone in the store a fee of $35 is requested! He used the land line office phones in an attempt to finally call Verizon support as I asked; however, his phones were not working, and he said emphatically that he would NOT call using his personal cell phone during work! When I asked him what would happen if I filed a complaint, he asked me to leave. I went to the Verizon Store in Sherman and they helped me

THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE! IT IS 3RD PARTY WITH THE VERIZON LOGO! WILL TAKE ADVANTAGEN OF THE ELDERLY! Customer service is garbage and employees don't care about anything besides playing on their personal phones. My grandma had her screen completely black somehow and couldn't get the screen to come up. People that work there told her that she would have to buy a new phone without even looking at the phone. Took all of 1 minute to google how to fix the issue and fix it when I managed to get a hold of her.

Went in to pay my bill, couldn’t remember the phone number for my hotspot, some how they’re unable to pull up an account off the account holders name, employee was a tad smug and condescending and gave off a vibe like I was inconveniencing them, starting to become the norm when I visit the Durant location operated by Russell Cellular.

The customer service in store was good but if you are looking for cell phone coverage in Southeast Oklahoma do not use Verizon. IDK where they think they have coverage but it isn't here. AT&T and US Cellular are more reliable. OH and when asked what to do about my service, I was told I needed to pay an additional monthly fee for a portable reception booster, mind you i already pay 300+/mo. Not worth it. 40/mo. At US Cellular gives you the same plan.

I have been into your store several times for help trying to get a case they promised me and a replacement screen since I started my account still nothing also the people inside your store are like talking to a robot they seem to not even care about the people that set up a plan or have even questions about a plan no one seems to know how to do anything as far as customer service I came in with a phone wanting to get another phone that actually had a case and screen protector and it was like it was to much for these people plz train them better because even the lady before me was cursing on the way out due to the lack of experience or training definitely need a manager of some kind to hand these problems

The guy that helped me went the distance to help me out. I was with a prepaid service and I wanted to switch. The guy at the Verizon store was patient with me and did whatever it took to help me become a Verizon customer. I am thrilled at the level of service that was given to me.

I purchased a screen protector $39 (installed by store) in Durant, OK. The glue was still visible under the screen protector the next morning and during my lunch break I returned to the store and was told the glue would disappear in a few days. Two weeks have now past and the same amount of glue is still visible underneath it. This afternoon I have removed it. Tomorrow I will purchase one from a competitor. I highly discourage visiting this location.
