This company is a bad they lie, and steal,and cheat. All so they make a percentage of sales I have been 3 days trying to get the problem fixed and I got no help from corporate nither.i don't recommend you go thru the headaches and loss of money. My next step is thru the courts and I'm going to ask state senate and congressman to stop commission base sales in this field.

I switched from 1 of the big 3 phone companies to US Cellular in hopes of saving money. I canceled this service within 2 weeks due to multiple dropped calls and loss of service. I travel within Durant and down to Van Alstyne Tx. Constant dropped calls. Pictures show no service and those were taken on different days. I have many more.
Here is a warning: if you cancel because of bad service, dropped calls, etc they will continue to bill you through the end of the billing cycle. They will tell you that they cannot prorate. But they can and do!!!! If you sign up in the middle of the billing cycle or near the end of a billing cycle, they will prorate your bill as a new customer, so you're not charged for the entire month that you didn't have service.
But if you, like us, cancel after 2 weeks of having terrible service they will inform you that they cannot prorate. I wonder who can hold this company accountable for breaking it contractual agreement for reliable service?
My advice, STAY AWAY FROM US CELLULAR. Their service is terrible around the Texoma area, no matter what they tell you.

Do not switch to US Cellar. They told me that the iPhone I got my daughter was free and I traded in a $700 phone I had for less than 6 months and said I would get $800 of my new s24. They promised the bill wouldn't be more than $272 a month. Then the next month we get a bill for over $500 and get told that my $700 phone I traded in was only $75 credited and that we couldn't get the iPhone for free because something about a discounted plan. But instead of April the lady who promised all this said she made a mistake and it was her fault but they never contacted to let us know that I would be paying $400 or more a month for two phones. Now they won't fix any of it and pretty much stole a $700 brand new S22. They are scammers and will rob you blind.

We've been with this company for over 15 years. When they started switching over to 5g, the service starting being really awful. I've been to stores in Madill and Durant several times. Absolutely no help with my service. I've called tech support, no help. They just say we're in a poor service area and there's nothing they can do. So I'm now paying for cell service and only able to use WiFi calling. They absolutely do not care about they're rural customers. I am Soo fed up with them. Very frustrating.

I have dealt with customer service 3 times. 2 of those were great but whoever has a name that sounds like “Portland” should be fired. Not sure if that’s his name since he would not pronounce it where I could understand it. Was not helpful at all and was very hateful. He smarted off and hung up. But to the lady I called back and got to talk to-THANK YOU!! I would rate him -5 star.

Mike and Shelli have the best Customer Service. Listening to customers needs and understating the service and account information. They have taken care of us each and every time we have entered the doors of that location. I will send people there anytime I’m asked about where to go. They service outage issues would never get taken out the store as it is not there fault my device and accessories have NEVER failed me from us cellular.

We have finally left U.s.cellular, the folks at the store was okay , the service was horrible, found out they throttle and corporate will not speak about it . So we paid U.s.cellular off asked if we owed any more money , they said maybe 5 days and they would pro rate it . 2 months later after we are with another provider they send a email we owe nearly $250 dollars . We asked why . Corporate has decided they do not pro rate . So 5 days of service costed another nearly 250 . We paid them that rip off . Nothing against the store other than they knew the service was never getting better but they are told by corporate what to say even though corporate will throw this store under the bus and has several times . Long time customers means nothing to corporate as they are aggressive for new accounts, was told tech would return calls and never did . They had me believing that it would get better , even sold new phones that did not improve. Even in this stores parking lot I had no signal or internet service. One of the guys did look at my phone ,said he fixed it . Come to realize he connected it to the stores wifi . Would not recommend u.s cellular phone service

Terrible service. Will never recommend this service to anyone. I can’t make phone calls, my calls will end out of no where, everyone I talk to says they can’t hear me. Worst phone service on the planet.

us cellular has probably the worst service I have had to date, more dropped calls, failed messages then anything. was told when signing up it the best rural provider with very competitive pricing, seems so at first but when you are paying for services you can't use without wifi its pretty expensive to say the least, and when you cross the river to go into Texas may as well leave you phone because it's useless then.use them at you own risk
