Horrible place do not send your packages here, I sent my husband a package via Amazon a water pump for his semi truck and they wouldn’t give him the package even when he had all the proof. It has to be me because I didn’t place his name on it. It was a rush order because his truck is down and the staff would not work with him in anyway. I understand people stealing packages but he had all the proof even opened up the app and showed them, DO NOT SEND PACKAGES HERE

I am SO PLEASED!!! I was just here right before closing today (September 15th, 2025) and I was helped by the kindest lady ever (Leah!). I regularly come to this particular UPS store location to drop off my returns, and while my experiences here have always been pleasant, Leah in particular is just a ray of sunshine. You’d think most people would be a little irritated by someone coming in 10 minutes before closing with 6 packages, but Leah greeted me with a warm welcome and a kind smile, cheerfully explained the returns process, even complimented the clothes I was returning! She is seriously such a breath of fresh air, and I hope she gets a raise :)

Quite honestly the worst customer service i have ever experienced, the girls working up there are some of the most incompetent people i have ever met. They have the worst attitudes and make things much harder than they should be.

UPS Durant is super convenient and the people are SO helpful! Terri and Stacy are so quick and knowledgeable, not to mention friendly!

This is the second time a package has been “lost” this month. It’s crazy how the cheap, small items get delivered with no issue, but the moment it's something of value, it becomes “delayed” or suddenly “undeliverable to the destination address.” I did not choose UPS to deliver my packages, and I never will, due to the blatant incompetence I’ve experienced at this location.

Both of the bigger girls there have attitudes Everytime I go they do everything in their power to make your trip harder on you so they don't have to work. They definitely do not need to be working here in my opinion!

I live out of town in a RV park so It's hard to get mail delivered directly to me. I opted to use the UPS store to feel secure that they would have my package and I could pick it up. I called in to make sure that all I had to do was have my package delivered to the store and I could pick it up. Which I was reassured on. But after waiting 20 days for my delivery, I found out I had to have a post office box with the building and that my package is returned to sender. Wasting an entire month's worth of my time. Awful communication and service.

Emily was extremely rude. It's been a while since I've experienced that level of horrible customer service. I definitely wouldn't want her representing my business and treating my customers that way.

I went to the UPS Store on Thursday, April 10th. Usually, we have good customer service there, but I would say the opposite happened this time. We live in a small town, about an hour from Durant, and so for us to go to the UPS Store, it needs to be in conjunction with something else and/or a planned trip. My husband said that he thought we needed to leave the package open because he read there were people sending back empty boxes to Amazon and he thought we needed to leave our box unsealed. He had gone there a couple of months earlier and asked the woman up front at the UPS store and she told him, “No, that’s OK, we will take care of it here” and she nicely taped it up for him. Unfortunately, we had another return, and I needed to bring it back in conjunction with a trip. When I brought it in, I was appalled at the level of rudeness I felt like I received. We had the box, I had the code, everything was ready, except the taping on top. The woman who was working there, from my observation, COLDLY told me that I would either need to pay $1.10 to have UPS tape it up or I could buy a whole roll of tape, and she pointed to me to where it was in the store. I was shocked! I explained to her that we lived out of town and that I couldn’t go back home, but that my husband was under the impression we were to return this unsealed, and once again, the response was in my opinion, very COLD and nonprofessional. I then gave her my credit card for $1.10 and saw her sharply apply one piece of tape over the top without even pressing the box together to make sure things were secured. I was so appalled at the lack of customer service I received, and the way I was addressed, I almost called the store, but instead, I have kept this receipt and decided to send it here. Time has passed and I’m not as angry as I was about the way I was treated, however, I really don’t want to come there again under the circumstances. I still remember the rudeness I felt from the UPS employee and don’t know if she was just in a bad mood or angry with someone else, but I clearly know the tone of voice and facial expressions (or lack of) I received.
We have come to this facility several times and have never been treated like that or had a problem there. I hope the employees are trained, I’ve never seen her before, that customer service is essential and a critical part for a company’s success.

Over the years, I have consistently utilized this location without encountering any issues until today. Unfortunately, I encountered extremely poor customer service. The initial representative was extremely rude, and the second representative was argumentative and generally unprofessional. It is evident that they lack a fundamental understanding of customer service. I recommend using FedEx, as they offer superior services.

Look at these reviews. Terrible. Well here is another bad review. Impossible to get a large corporate store open on a Saturday morning. Wish this location would sell and get new management that wouldn't put up with lazy workers.

Guy I haven’t seen before just tossed my 20 lb box to the ground from the counter. At a minimum the site should care for packages.
