We purchased our Jeep at Stuteville Chevrolet I'm Durant, Oklahoma since we now live in Oklahoma. We had an overall good experience at the time until we asked about our license plates. I was told by our salesman that we have to go to the Tag Office to get them which was new to us since in Texas we get from dealer. Once at the Tag Office, I got my check book to pay and was told "here's your amount due" $2,777.00, Just like that! We don't have that kind of extra money! Then it goes up by $3.00 a day till we pay it! I called the Finance Mgr. to get some kind of understanding as to how this happened and he said we acknowledged that tax title and license were not included; however, he could have warned us what that entailed knowing we were new to Oklahoma laws and regulations. I would have negotiated car purchase totally differently. He then proceeded to tell me he could have included in the deal then but too late now cause it had funded so now we're in a hole! This car purchase turned from a great experience to a horrible one and could have totally been avoided if they'd had our best interest in mind and provided total transparency to the custome!

Gave this dealership a call on Friday afternoon about the availability of a vehicle. Sales person by the name of Jeremy Hill said it was available and people have came and looked at it but nothing serious. I told him my dad and I would be down there Saturday at noon given the fact it was over a 2 1/2 drive from where I live in Oklahoma City. Jeremy texted me at 8 in the morning on Saturday asking me to wait to arrive by 1 due to the fact he had a corvette to deliver. I said okay no problem, it gave my dad and I time to go eat lunch after the long drive. Arrived at the dealership around 12:30 to find out they were selling the truck to another customer at that very moment. Got no text or phone call about someone else looking at it or buying it. Was at the dealership for 2 mins and watched them take the truck I wanted around back. Then got told by Jeremy "we have other vehicles". As if their plain trucks aren't back in Okc where I came from. Do not recommend this dealership. Shady sales people.

I'd give this place negative stars if I could for the scam they pulled. Got a car last summer that was honestly more than what I was wanting to get, but they promised to get my monthly payments around what I had initially asked for if I could get a cosigner. Turns out they swap signatures to get lower interest rates without telling you. I signed on the bottom as the primary, and my mom as the co-signer, while the top information was blank. RED FLAG. They said they'd finish up the rest of the paperwork and gave me the keys. Turns out they made my mom the primary owner and made me the freaking co-buyer and didn't say a word. It's been such a big mess, I'm making on time payments without receiving any credit, my mom's name is primary on the title, I can't access the account with the bank because, surprise, I'm not my mom, and my mom can't buy a car at the moment because it shows that she already has a new car on her credit. I called multiple times, just to have them tell me it was the bank's fault. When I went in there to demand a fix, they told us we had "mistakenly" signed on the wrong lines and that's why they set it up like they did. Turns out when you look at the actual paperwork we had signed on the right lines, and they entered in our info opposite. I'm pretty sure this is illegal and they refuse to fix anything on our behalf because they know they'll have to refinance the car correctly and lose money. I've even contacted the "owner" of this business and he has ignored all of my messages. Im currently a medical student, and I will tell every single student, medical professional, and person I come in contact with to avoid this place at all costs.

My car was scheduled to be worked on Monday morning. I had it there before it opened. They didn't start on it until Wednesday. They tried to overcharge me the quoted amount. The car was not fixed. Took it back and now they say I have 2 cars ahead of mine and it will be several days before they can look at it again. I wouldn't give them a 1 star !
