Jess was such a help and really takes it serious about the customer being important and that was the first time ever in a storage facility i felt comfortable and was being helped...everyone else ive had to deal with in that industry are just simply unhappy. “I have had a good experience. One of the nicest storage facilities in the Durant area. Access has been easier too, I was able to make up my own access code instead of having to keep up with a random one. Paying online is also more streamlined than at my other storage place.”
