Excellent experience,even though my payments have consistently been late and disorganized. Will send text reminders and sure will do the same with email. Flexible but you follow the rules. No special treatment or heavy handed behavior towards less known customers. For a small town, or anywhere really, pleasant, firm and fair expectations and behavior. Fair, consistent and flexible.

the owner was very nice and easy to talk to and helped me get my storage unit ready with ease, and she was very easy to get hold of in case i had any questions
