Have had only positive experience with this company to date. They come when they said, and honest. Some propane companies will put less in your tank than the amount on your bill but this one has had honest drivers with professional service.

I can not express enough how thankful I am for this company. This is my first time living in a house that runs off of propane, and I knew nothing about the process of having it filled. I called to set up an account and was assisted with great customer service. It was extremely easy to send in my paperwork remotely and get it taken care of in a timely manner. Unfortunately, my tank was not able to be filled before end of day business hours, so a driver from another route went out of his way to fill my tank up on Saturday to ensure I would have heat for the rest of the weekend. I wasn’t even home when he arrived, and instead of leaving, he got someone to find my phone number, called me and waited for me to meet him there. That is something I am extremely grateful for.

If you run out during off hours or not one of their regular customers they (Mc,Craws) will not come out to deliver propane you at home even if you have sick people at home, neither will Enderby. I made a mistake by not watching my tank, I am doable myself and dont get around very good have health problems myself, TO MANY THINGS GOING ON and did not think about my tank RUNNING LOW, run out and they ENDERBY OR MCcraws would not help us, my wife is a stroke patient, and still they would not do the humane thing and deliver 200-300 gallons. You would think a company would help folks out, not asking for free just need gas to cook with and gas to stay warm with, but no they said it would be Monday. I hope they dont ever have problems beyond their control. Very bad, when its freezing out.

McGraw came out and I had a issue with my propane tank and they corrected there issue on a Friday while the was closed and did a wonderful job I highly recommend to use McGraw on your next service of propane or any other needs!! Thank y’all!!

Had to have a new underground line installed. Installers were friendly , completing the job quickly.

We are on a “keep full” order and I’ve lost count of the number of times we’ve had to call because we had NO propane. We have a pool that is heated and if we don’t have propane our losses could be in the thousands. We had them put in a tankless hot water system as well and it’s our only source of hot water. Very disappointed with their service.
Update
Got a call from them first thing this morning with an apology and a generous credit to our account. We appreciate them for making an effort to keep our business.
