Love the garden section as an environmental scientist! I also love how this lowes doesn't stink like the Sherman one. This plant somehow lasted until last week outside. It was very beautiful!!The employees are super nice and helpful! However,I minused a star because yall hired me, but someone quit high up, and when I checked in on it, management said they'd call me in a day or two. They didn't. So I called the following monday and you guys didn't even know about me... i was told to re apply after two weeks of no income after being told i had the job. So management needs improving. Otherwise. Ya'll are amazing.

Lowes in Durant have the rudest managers than anywhere. The worst customer service also. Manger reply to my request (last night) about two faulty washer and dryer sets was to say he could do nothing and he wasn't going to talk to me!!! Didn't hang up on me just put me on hold until I hung up 10 minutes later. The rudest managers to deal with and never will I recommend anyone to do business with Durant again. Been a customer for years and have never been treated so rude by mangers before this ordeal with my purchase. On the flip side the OKC distribution center have been polite and gracious over the ordeal and is getting me another set.Just curious after reading reviews in this section, who is answering the comments. All they are doing is apologizing and giving a number to call and give your complaint. It make me sad to see so many negative reviews about a Durant business which tells me somethings needs to be done about the Durant store, This is just my opinion which really doesn't seem to matter to your managers got no response to my comment.

Went in to buy a refrigerator and asked 4 people if they could help, all of them said no and just left. Ended up just ordering it from Home Depot. Absolutely NO customer service, my last trip here, I’ll drive to Sherman if I need anything.

I purchased $200 worth of shiplap on August 4, 2023. Yesterday, November 20,2023 approximately 3 months and 16 days later I came into the Lowes in Durant Oklahoma to return the shiplap because the project I was going to do was no longer being done. The store clerk said she could not return the items because it had been over the 90 mark which I guess is their new policy. I asked the girl to please get me the manager. After a 10 minute wait another clerk comes over to me to try to override the return. His attempt fails, but I notice he is not the manager. I then, again asked for the manager. He leaves to get a manager. A third person comes over to me and in a very rude and abrupt tone tells me there is nothing they can do for me and they wont honor my return. I asked again for the manager, she said she is the manager but that is not what her nametag said. The photo on the wall is a photo of a man named Brandon Clark. The three clerks stood there looking at me as if trying to say we're done with you. The girl said if you have a problem you can call the number on the wall and proceeds to point to the 800 number on the wall. I called the 800 number and the were just as bad as the store associates. There are no signs anywhere else in the store or at the register about not being able to return items after 90 days. This is my final problem with this store. I let the 6 other times they screwed up go by, but not now. I will NEVER shop at Lowes ever again!!

Frustrating experience at Lowe's Order Pick Up desk. We ordered a Pit Boss 1600 smoker grill, a bag of pellets, two cans of spray paint & two fence boards (Over $1,000 order). Called ahead to check box size on grill so it would fit in car. Drove a little over an hour to Durant, arrived about 3:40. Pick up/return desk had a few people in line but only one associate to help. Another associate arrived to help but referred me to other employee for pick up because wasn't sure what to do. So I got back in line. When I got to first employees, she apologized because our order wasn't ready pulled yet. She assured me that they'd get it quickly. By 4:20 we were told to pull car up to door as it should be ready soon. Sat in car till 5:10 before reentering store. Apparently a new shift of employees were there and knew nothing about our order or us waiting outside. Our order was discovered on 3 separate carts in the merchandise return area! The grill was assembled, not in a box. In addition looked as if is was stored outside and was quite dirty. Because it was assembled, it wouldn't fit in our car. By 5:20 we gave up and left. We told employees that we would just cancel our order. I suspect there were several reasons why it took so long to get our 4 items ready but none of the employees ever offered any explanations.Lowe's, like many stores today, is short handed AND has poorly trained and inexperienced employees. They should have a supervisor/manager to call upon to help in situations like these. Very disappointed with management and not likely to return to Lowes. **Yes I know website says filling order could take 3 hours. However, pick up desk didn't mention that only said they'd get our 4 item order filled asap. We did try to get items ourselves but couldn't find the grill we ordered. Now we realize why; it wasn't in a box in the store, probably out back somewhere. By comparison, when we order through Home Depot, we get frequent text updates on our order and it is usually ready within an order on much more complicated orders. I'm afraid it's just the times we live in today so be prepared and plan ahead!

Great Service As Always and most of the time you can find what you need, but I am kind of irritated with Lowe's intercom system announcements. "Special assistance needed in appliances... Special assistance needed in appliance... Special assistance needed in appliances..." Don't really care to sue Lowe's cause I'm not really that special... But I guess I'm protesting cause most of Lowe's clients aren't even Turtles for that matter. Let alone requiring special assistance needed. Well long story short I either moved out of range from the appliance department or Lowe's intercoms AI finally kicked in and says Appliance Department. ? Look I know that Americans can't even live in a world to where we can't be afraid of wearing a watch and maybe I shouldn't even be complaining about a stupid announcement but geeze guys 99% of Lowe's clients aren't Turtles. ?Just to tell you the truth I was sort of attempted to go through Lowe's screaming that I am the great Corn Holy O from Bevis and Butt Head or Something? (Are you threatening me)? ? But in all seriousness from the stand point of clients maybe special assistance needed isn't the word catch phrase that Lowe's needs to be useing. ? Only other Beef with Lowe's is that's it's October 5th and they've already got their Christmas decorations up. Actually I was kind of tempted to buy one of their skeletons as a Halloween Decoration. But snooze you loose.

One of the cleanest most well stocked Lowes I have ever been to. I didn’t find what I really needed which was Cat6 RJ45 insulated connectors but I did find other things that I will get in trouble for with my wife, in fact she is already texting me about what I bought as I write this review hehehehe no biggy! I really needed these “tools”

Once again terrible experience with getting items pulled and delivered. Nothing more frustrating having to tell my customers we can’t complete a job because this store can’t get its stuff together. Only bright spot was sandy in customer service. She was amazing helping me. It’s not an employee issue, it. Management issue. Employees don’t make a bad company, managers make a bad company and it starts at the top!

This store is completely ridiculous to work for.... do not work here.... I still haven't been given my last paycheck and it's been almost a month... I have gone through the hr department twice and have tried to get ahold of corporate.... managers also have stuck up personalities when speaking to.... they havent been helpful and practically shove you out the door sending u to someone else.... I will no longer be a employee or a customer anymore. I will say I'm one angry person

Went in to get two bathroom vanities and the lady said we will order them you can pick them up the next day or Friday, So the contractor went Friday to get them ,they said oh we can't get them ..They didn't mind taking my money ,I got my money back but was very disappointed in Durant lowes and the lady upfront that rang it up she could have at least told me they didn't have any in stock and out the warehouse....Do better Lowes

This is ridiculous.I am currently in Lowe's now trying to get plumbing help. Have tried and tried multiple times even went to customer service desk and still waiting has been over and hour now.Also while being a customer service lady at fest refused to answer the phone said she was not going to answer phone. Because of stupid customer questions. That is not the proper work attitude.If you cannot do your job find another one.Yeah customers can be frustrating but that is still no excuse.
