Not very friendly or inviting. I saw no smiling faces. And every employee i heard talking sounded very monotone and irritated.

Have taken money from my account with their paper billing statements I’ve never asked for. Just set my wife up a new account, and the person got her social and our address wrong. Took way longer than it needed to get access to her online banking because of it. Mistakes and accidents happen, but man. Not a good first impression.

worst drive thru experience been sitting in same place for over 20 minutes . 1 drive thru commercial lanes 2 kiosk i had to make a large deposit cash so my short bank trip turned into 40 minutes for 3 cars.
