We had a appointment on Tuesday June 29 at 10:00 am. And nobody showed up. Had to call the 800 number took 3 times to talk to somebody their going to have. A tax pro call us. We paid $284 to get our taxes done. And wasn't done right.

Because as soon as I walked into hr block the young lady was smiling and told me that my taxes were in great hands and that it all would be handled fast and efficiently. When I left after doing my taxes I felt like what she had said was very true, thank you.
