“I have had a good experience. One of the nicest storage facilities in the Durant area. Access has been easier too, I was able to make up my own access code instead of having to keep up with a random one. Paying online is also more streamlined than at my other storage place.”

“I recently rented a U-Haul truck to move and was surprised to find out that some of their trucks must be returned to the exact location they were rented from. This was inconvenient for me since I rented the truck in one state but moved to another. I wish U-Haul made it more clear at the time of rental that certain trucks have return restrictions based on location. While I understand they likely have logistical reasons for needing trucks back at certain spots, it would have been helpful to know this ahead of time so I could plan accordingly. In the future I hope U-Haul improves their communication about return policies for customers renting trucks that must go back to the original rental location.”
