Mykel in the service department was awesome!
He did things exactly as he said he would and in a timely manner.
He kept us informed as to what was going on and truly seemed to care about his customers!

Service was overpriced I had my stuff towed to another shop for brakes and rotors.
Guy put the new caliper on with no pad and then moved my jeep across parking lot where the tow guy picked it up.
Got to shop and new caliper is broken cause they mounted it instead of leaving it in a seat so they could get my warranty money. I will never use this place ever again for anything. I'm a disabled veteran and dodge wanted 500 more dollars to fix the brakes then a shop down the road. I can't afford just throwing that money away.
Service manager never made it clear that he was setting up the condition for it to break.

told them before hand, I was trying to get a deal online due to having a newborn and not wanting to sit at the dealership for hours told us to come in to test drive and with the money down to let the bank tell us. After almost 4 hours at the dealership and running credit, they say we need a cosign which I had already told them we did not have so basically a huge waste of my time.

I bought a truck there 2-3 weeks from a sales person named Mikaela Thomas. I found this vehicle on AutoTrader and I was interested in it. I’m from Abilene, TX and the vehicle was in Durant Oklahoma. It’s about 4 hours away. I asked Mikaela if the vehicle could be hold until I got there and she talked to her manager about and they said it was ok to hold the vehicle for free of charge, until I got there, because the vehicle was in the body shop at the time and I was patient with them until they got the vehicle fixed, and Mikaela knew that I was patient and I was a serious buyer. Mikaela was a very nice person. I would recommend buying from this dealership. The whole buying experience was fast and easy and I got in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. I just really appreciated that they held the vehicle for me until I got there and I lived 4 hours away. I thank them for trusting me.

There are no words BIG enough or BEAUTIFUL enough to express how great the service was at Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Fiat by Ed Morse in Sherman Texas! These service people are the BEST! Thank you AJ (Service Mgr.) Chelsey (Asst. Service Mgr.) and Alex (Service Rep) for your amazing care to my 2015 Jeep Sahara! Thank you for going out to your way to help me personally with a loaner and real concern and action to take care of my needs. You always answered my questions with honesty, care, options, and professionalism. You were fair and kind when calculating cost. YOU are my Service Team and I appreciate you more than you will ever know! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
Also, a special thanks to the ones who actually worked on my Jeep... it was a big job with lots of service tasks... and YOU performed it well. We are so pleased and thankful for your expertise and work.
This 2015 Jeep Sahara is my Favorite vehicle that I've ever had.
By the way, Nathan was our salesman (super nice) right there at Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat by Ed Mores.

The absolute worst service i have ever recieved from a dealership!
I bought a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas from them in August of 2023 and i have had nothing but issues with the car. Although i got the warranty on the vehicle, they still deny my claim on my motor needing to be rebuilt for minor build up. Tanner very boldly told me “well this is what happens when you buy used cars”. It was in and out of their shop many times leading up to February, and to the point where they told me to take it to Volkswagen because they are not skilled on the Volkswagen vehicles. My car has been in the Volkswagen shop since February 21st 2024 waiting for the go ahead on the repair for the vehicle. Volkswagen has told me several times that they have never seen a warranty deny a claim on such a minor amount of build up. I have been given the run around many many times from the service manager and cannot get a call back from the General Manager, Kris. I strongly advise everyone to stay clear from this dealership. They do not stand on their word, they do not follow through and they sold me a car with many many issues and will not fix them even when we purchased the warranty. I am a member of this community and im so saddened to see them take advantage of me and my family this way. I have made 8 payments on this car and it has barely been in my possession, let alone a safe car for me to drive. I have been told “that there is no point to keep calling because when they have answers for me they will call me”. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this dealership.

I cant say enough about this place! They are always so nice and helpful. Keaton is service went above and beyond for me. Thank you to the mechanics that worked on my jeep too! I know it wasn't easy. You are greatly appreciated.

Had u joints installed in my truck. There was some miscommunication on what to do. It was worked out and everything was good. I will not hesitate to use their services department again. Very good service ????

I have been dealing with Freedom for several years now and haven't had an issue. Everyone I speak to are really friendly and helpful. My trade in process was smooth and pretty quick for the most part.

Stay away from the service department. Had a bad previous experience with them, but needed some warranty work done with them, so I went back. I had an appointment for noon and was planning to wait on a quick repair. Was told that it could take a couple hours. When I asked what the appointment was for, I was told it was a scheduled time for me to come and talk with a service advisor and that they couldn't say when it would be worked on because it is noon and people are taking lunch. If people's take lunch at noon then why would they schedule an appointment?

From the very beginning Brady Bates provided outstanding customer service. He listened to what I was asking him for in a truck and in less than 24 hrs he presented the truck that I now own. This has been by far the best vehicle purchase I have ever made.
