Worst cvs I have ever used and I've lived a lot of places. Our Rx are never filled timely, nothing in stock and text alerts don't work. We've told them this many times. We were told we would be called about specific things, they never call, only say that to get you to go away. Can't keep anyone staffed there, now the pharmacy is closed at 6pm and NOT open on weekends due to staffing issues. We have seen at least 4-5 different head pharmacists since we have lived here for 2 years. This location needs some serious work.

I use Cvs target which they seem to be more personal as in calling you by name as that makes a person feels good

If your only in a hurry stop by there. Staff very unfriendly at the time needing a prescription filled. Cleaning is not one to admire in Durant CVS.

My daughter went to CVS to fill a prescription that she needed to help make sure she can have kids in the future. She was told that they would need to order medicine and that it would be $60 with insurance. When she came back NEXT day to get medicine she was told that her insurance would not cover medicine so it would be $90. My daughter left then came back with rest of money which then pharmacist proceeded to tell her that they did not order medicine because they believed she couldn't pay for it. What gives anybody the right to make the decision on whether a person can pay for their necessary medicine? We are a working middle class family we work our buts off so does my daughter. Then she told them she has the money to please order medicine. Here we go say 3 without her medicine! She calls pharmacy make sure medicine was available lady tells her to give her 30min while she gets an update. Again why would a pharmacist need 30min to get an update for medicine that was order 2 days ago! When my daughter calls back pharmacist tells her the meds had come in previous day but was given to someone else OMG then tells her meds would be $210 this type of disrespect has nothing to do with Covid!!!!! I called corporate office while trying to work at the same time just trying to figure out away my daughter could get her meds. Once the pharmacist told my daughter to call back again in 30 min so that she can see if another pharmacy had it i was done with my patients. There is only so much disrespect a person can take!!! I called pharmacist and was not very nice in letting her know she needs to call my daughter within 20min and just figure something out before I winded up at cvs causing problems, I am not that type of person and my daughter definitely isn't either but omg how dare they be so rude!!! I will post this message anywhere someone will listen trying to overcharge her then treating her like she was just crap lord knows he gave my extra patience to deal with this situation in the most grown up way I could manage!!!

The best CVS we have ever used!!! Prescription transferred and filled easy peasy, and quickly. Bonus points for nice people working here. Other CVS focus on what they can't do this CVS is all about what they can do for you, the customer
