I've been coming here for years. The new manager and new employees I interacted with a few days ago are a vast improvement on past staff. The customer service was great.

I don't tend to heap love on a business but this place had a casual but somehow eager staff. Eye contact was made before air could exchange in the door opening. I was promptly welcomed to the place and made to feel like I was in great hands, which proved true. I have two phones that I've been using to compare the prepaid cellular offerings available these days. My requirements were quality phones at reasonable prices and usability at my workplace. T-Mobile would have been my previous try if they weren't so desperate to turn a huge profit on phone sales. I would have preferred their network but value for products and service are more important when someone can still provide as well as Cricket has. I went in to work the next day and found the service to be unwaveringly present in every spot including the freezers so I went back to Cricket to end my search for service for my main and backup phones.

Service sucks, sounds like my son is talking to me through a can. Loses signal frequently and phone selection is garbage.

The service, not the branch. 7 $ phonebill, ok. $5 in store fee.. janky because you get charged the same $5 regardless of how you pay. Now the $5 reconnect fee makes a $7 payment $17 and you have to pay it all regardless of how you pay... it's false advertisement.

I took my phone up there to get it put on a plan. Mateaya said everything looked good with my phone proceeded to charge me $100 for the whole process and SIM card.when she went to put in the Sims card it wouldn't work and she refused to give me a refund or fix the problem. A week later and they still aren't helping me get my phone turned on. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't have a phone and I lost $100. I would strongly recommend NOT getting a phone service through cricket, they don't care about anything except their money. I want my money back!

Store clerk ..tried to get out of helping me because it was 30 min untill quiting time, didn't have time she said , and then didn't know her job on how to switch over service providers ..After we drove 40miles to get phones left empty handed ,Think they mite have gas voucher if they hire Un trained kids to work on Saturday's????

Employees are incompetent and untrained. Paid for a month of service and phone was turned off 2 weeks later. Nobody seemed to know how to fix it without just taking more money. Should have just stayed with straight talk!

I went in this week with a broke phone. It was a process to get the insurance to fix my phone. Bree took care of me and was so patient and kind. She made a terrible situation much better. She even worked late to firnish with me and make sure everything was goot to go!!! Thank you Bree!!!!

Went in to pay my bill and got my HBO max set up.
