I was given a free phone that later had to pay for because easy wireless screwed up. I was sold a data plan that was supposed to be unlimited data but found out it wasn't.
I experience hasn't been that good.

This is the WORST customer experience I have ever encountered in my 60 years of life! To simplify re-certify, I have had to make 4 separate trips into the store, one to DHS & call you 3 times!
You changed my ph# of 8 years to a ph# containing "666" & cut my inner net service off completely!
I believe it is all going to be sorted out & that I will get my original ph# back~but I have to WAIT 7-10 business days to receive a new sims card in the mail. Seriously.
