“This review is for HANNA WESTBROOK at the Durant, OK location. Okay, well, it's also for literally EVERY OTHER EMPLOYEE I'VE EVER INTERACTED WITH HERE EVER (like the dude who remembered MONTHS after I got a new car that I had been planning on going car shopping! Who the heck is THAT GOOD?)! I've banked at a lot of places. I've had issues everywhere else, one of the biggest 2 being staff that didn't have accurate information, and didn't give 2 expletives about it, or you... or anything... I don't know anything about my previous Banks' training processes or their policies on how to treat their customers/members/clients, but what I DO KNOW is VISION HAS THEIR STUFF TOGETHER, Y'ALL! I've had an issue or 2, but the employees almost ALWAYS COME THROUGH! They usually have a prompt solution that's way simpler than I expect because it's never been simple elsewhere! Here is where HANNA MY HERO COMES IN!!! My wallet containing my bank routing info (never leaving that in their again!) was stolen, and I called so many times, only to reach employees who weren't sure what to do. [Insert: they're fine, they did what they could by transferring me up to people with more knowledge & power who weren't available by phone at the time, but pssst, Vision Bank folks: tell your higher up folks to return their voice messages!) I called again and reached Hanna W and she literally had the entire situation resolved within minutes. She closed my account, opened a new one in what felt like seconds, I drove down the road, signed a few papers, she had my new debit card ready stat, and BOOM, DONE! That was it! I swear the time it takes for you to finish this review will probably clock in longer than it took her to resolve this situation. She was so friendly and informative, answered all my questions, I mean, y'all. What more can we ask for?! A mint, Hanna. Why didn't you offer me a mint?? (I'm joking lol) Give her a raise or a promotion!! I know everyone always says that, but hey, at least put her good reviews in her quarterly or yearly review or whatever y'all do so it could be considered!To consumers: if you haven't tried Vision before, give 'em a shot. They aren't perfect, no company is, but (in my experience) whether the issue is your stupid mistake like leaving your wallet unattended or their mistake like mixing up which type of account you have [over a decade ago they tried charging me for a free account, and they fixed it REAL quick ??❤️], they are PROMPT, knowledgeable, professional and KIND!
