“I was on my way to school and my Infiniti G35S shut off. Got it towed to their shop without them knowing because it was 7 PM. Went to AutoZone. Got the alternator and was putting it on with my dad and my Coach. While putting it on the owner, Chris pulled up and was very helpful to us and said if we needed parts or anything, let him know. So we ended up getting the wrong part and had to return it to AutoZone. We drove back to Dallas and left the car with Chris. The first part that they ordered was the wrong part because there are so many different alternators that can fit on this G3 five but it's only one that actually works. So, after working on the car for three hours already finding out that the wrong part was on there they had to stay after closing time to finish. These guys and woman was amazing. Thanks to them. ❤️ Will definitely be back. “STOP YOUR SEARCH!! This shop has the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Our family of five, plus an RV and the family dog we’re headed home to Texas. Our car breaks down and they were the only shop open to tow at noon on a Saturday. Lane was a life saver towing us!!! He was prompt and personable. We get to the shop and Joe greets us with a smile and was willing to take a look on his day off. Joe’s expertise was what saved us in his quick assessment and parts were ordered/delivered SAME DAY. Giving up his afternoon for a 4hr repair job is exactly the blessing we were praying for!! In order to kill time, we asked about good restaurants in the area. Hero Joe helps us again with an Uber contact he recommends!! (Shout out to Erica!! ??) We were able to eat and kill time. Said he could see if they could locate and fix in 1 Hr. by removing left rear wheel and splash panel. Touch down! the open wire was easily found and shown to me as evidence. Experienced technician repaired wiring and I was on my way in one hour as expected. Even got 10% off with a coupon received in the mail. Shout Out; FREEDOM, HOO RAH!”

“This man is a gem! We were passing through when our engine overheated. Curtis was up front that hybrids aren't his thing but since several other mechanics were backed up for days (including the closest dealership), he was willing to take a look. The prognosis was bad news, but we drove away knowing exactly how to get our car safely to the hydrid expert 55 miles away. He explained likely causes & how to distinguish them, in a way that my brain (which usu hears car talk as "wah-wah-wah") completely understood. He didn't even want to charge us for his time! Don't be discouraged by the unassuming exterior (I don't think we even saw a business sign). This is a mechanic you can trust to do you right.”

“I just wanted to share our great experience. This guy really helped us out. I own a shop closer to Plano TX and I had a customer on his way to school in Arkansas. He had an oil light come on mid trip then Wal-Mart wouldn't work on his car as they found the dipstick tube was broken. I found Arnold's garage online. Never met the guy but after talking with him I felt confident he would be able to help us as long as he had the availability. This guy saved our butt! Got the part in a jiff and my customer back on the road the same day! Huge help! Honest too. Thanks a lot for the help guys! If you ever need anything out my way be sure to call!”

Anyway, I was quoted $340 for 3 hours labor and plus the parts to fix my vehicle. Long story short, it was just a loose electrical connection, easily solved. I asked how much I owed..and was told nothing! Super great service! I could have been easily ripped off, but I wasn't!”
