I recently lost my 5yo phone at Choctaw Casino and it was clear the person that found it had intended to keep it as they immediately turned it off. I needed a phone as we were traveling so we went to AT&T in Durant to buy a new phone. Anderson was wonderful and got us fixed up! Unfortunately, my cloud hadn’t been backed up in 4 yrs so I was starting over. As we finished up with Anderson, Choctaw called my partner’s phone and they had located my phone! Anderson told me how to reset the new phone and to transfer the old phone to it. I think he was as excited as we were to have located the old phone! Thanks to Anderson for helping me upgrade my old phone and for a smooth transaction and transition during a stressful unplanned event.

Our experience started out good. We switched from US Cellular to AT&T. The first few months were good service, too, but when forms were needed for tax purposes, suddenly the associate decided to lie and claim that they didn't print those out. We ended up going to the AT&T shop in Ardmore. AT&T isn't the problem, but perhaps the store in Durant is having a difficult time keeping their employees properly trained in customer service. If you have the option, go through AT&T using a different store location.

We were on vacation when my husband's flip phone quit working. We went into the AT&T store in Durant ,Ok where we were greeted by an employee whose name was Anderson. He ended up upgrading us to a new flip phone and worked so hard to get our contacts and photos transferred. Best experience ever on purchasing a new phone.

Employee told my wife that we would have to replace our whole phone because of a scuffed screen protector. Buyer beware.

They were very friendly, but didn't have the technical knowledge to assist me with my problem but they were polite and they did try to help.

Friendly staff, helps however they can. Just make sure they ring everything up under your account, so if you need to come back for any reason, they can easily look everything up. My go to store for all my mobile accessories.

Had an order already placed, just needed to pick it up. After a couple of minutes I was told that they didn't have my order. I showed them the order receipt in my email and was told "we don't have your order". This conversation was with Keith the manager. I had to suggest for him to look up my order from the number in the email. Finally I got results. Customer service was not even a thought. Save yourself time and go to the corporate store in Sherman Texas.
