No improvements needed. Service and equipment exceeded my expectations. The representative, Kaitlyn, I worked with for pick up and drop off was amazing! 10/10 would recommend this location!

The women were so nice helping me get a storage unit...I was kinda nervous but they explained everything...when I went to my storage to put stuff in I got a text saying there was movement...I REALLY liked that feature!!!! Makes me feel safe knowing my stuff is secured...so thank yall so much
