Pharmacist Quyen is so rude. She clearly does not care about people. She seems annoyed to answer any questions and annoyed to take up her time..it’s her job to help.

I Had My Prescription sent to Walgreens and they call this morning saying it was ready but the would be closed at 1 pm to 2pm for lunch and said nothing about closing at 6pm. there normal closing is 9pm. Not good for people that have to take blood pressure pills. I WILL BE having my stuff sent to CVS now.

Andrew and all of the staff at the Duncan Walgreens did an amazing job today of helping me get my medicine. There was a misunderstanding with my insurance company, but Andrew and the team helped me right through it. I really appreciate this!

The pharmacy part is understaffed which I understand but my father has had so much trouble getting prescriptions here without a long wait or some kind of hassle. The inside is pretty clean and there’s usually not a line to check out, but some of the products are caked in dust, which makes me think business isn’t going too well. You’re better off going to Walmart if you can.

This is the worst place I have ever encountered. The pharmacist and techs are the rudest people ever. Every week my wife has to spend hours on the phone to get her prescriptions. She has to use Walgreens because of Tri-care insurance. One of the techs just told my wife “I wish you would hang up on me.” The next three calls the tech hung up on my wife. Try to call and complain, NOBODY cares. My wife has to do without her much needed meds because of them. Her Doctors office has to argue with Walgreens every month trying to get all their patients medications disbursed. How can they continue like this? Look at all these ratings. Why don’t we all start sharing these ratings and contact the media? Is it worth someone’s life?

If I could give zero stars I would .they never ever ever have my prescription ready .they will call me 1000 times text me that the scripts are ready then I go up there i end up waiting hours everytime because it's not ready .and then when they finally say it's ready it's usually the wrong medicine . And that's just the pharmacy side .the picture side of wallgreens and store side isn't any better this store just needs to do everyone a favor and close .

A few minutes ago I went in for a passport photo. The guy at the front desk called someone to come take the photo. That person told him the passport photo machine wasn’t working and I could go to Walmart.

Walgreens Pharmacy in Duncan... why do you offer Express Pass but have no one at the registers who know how to use it? It honestly takes me longer the last 3 months to checkout when I've prepaid then when I have not. This is very frustrating. It was not this way before when you had more seasoned personnel. I only use this pharmacy due to my insurance offering me more discounts. Please do better as the general public deserves more. I'm not getting into all the other areas that you fall short by filling refills without being asked or getting my scripts wrong and taking days to fill normal medications. Honestly it's ridiculous.

Doesn't even rate a single star, but you have to select one. As instructed, I scheduled an appt online for a flu vaccination. I arrived and was told they were out. Ok, no problem. I called back a few days later and they had them. Re-scheduled and showed up 5 min early. Waited in line, checked in. 15 min later I was handed a questionnaire to fill out - same thing I received in a text to fill out before I got there to speed up the process. Filled that out. 25 min later, still no sign of a shot nor any movement from anyone. Told the clerk I was leaving. No apologies. No wait a minute. Just a blank stare. Wasted an hour of my time between the 2 visits and going online. And still no vaccination. Absolutely terrible service.

Every single month it's a fight to get prescriptions. Cannot transfer to this one, cannot fill at another one, refills only valid at one location, but not another.What is the point of a network of brand stores if the convenience does not exist? There is one thing that Walgreens is consistent with nationwide: absolutely terrible pharmacy services. Do your business a favor and close the pharmacies. They're not helping anyone.

I took my elderly mom to pick up here meds and the pharmacist actually told her that nobody should get the vaccination,nor his place to persuade!!

Love this Walgreens location near the house. Customer service reps are always friendly. I stopped in today because I needed an under eye concealer. Thanks to a new baby Umbrella Cockatoo. It's always hungry every two and a hours. Lack of sleep has me looking like Death. Luckily, Sylana was working her shift today. She helped me choose a great shade and now I no longer look like Death during daylight hours. Thanks Sylana!
