They were extremely caring, professional and we even received a bereavement letter. Our meds are cheaper, the care is top notch and knowing someone truly loves our furry family members is priceless. “This is absolutely the best veterinarian office that we've ever been to! We have to take my cat in every two weeks and it couldn't be more hassle-free. They get him in very quickly, are really nice and attentive to him, and get us checked out just as fast. We are normally out within 15-20 minutes - and most of that is me talking. This type of visit in San Antonio took 2-3 hours at the very least, every visit. Sometimes we were there over 4 hours. I don't even see how someone could ever complain about a wait here. We are truly grateful for the clinic, the friendly, awesome staff, and last but not least, Dr. Lance. My pets love him and we know they'll be in good hands.”
