There is an employee named Maria that works here and she is the BEST!!! That is an employee that is not replaceable. She goes above and beyond each time and is friendly and helpful to everyone! She seriously needs a raise. People like her are rare. Thank you for being you, Maria!

Went to the front desk there was a lady named Maria and she was the most kind woman I ever crossed due to a change of address, my mail was held up for two months, and Miss Maria stayed a few minutes after closing and got it fixed within a short time! I pray Mrs.Maria sees this and receives her stars ❤️

I have found the US postal service and my small rural town of Duncan Oklahoma to be one of the most pleasant and efficient places I've visited when doing business with USPS. The staff is helpful, and extraordinarily kind. I look forward to visiting the post office.

The mailing addresses have changed. I've not been given the new updated address. I've called the post office and can't speak to a human,to get new info. This is a nightmare. Causing a lot of problems for the city of duncan residents. No written address change forms. Everyone doesn't have a computer. And some people are not able to understand or have the ability to do so. Very upset..

I put in a change of address kit 3 weeks ago. I have NOT received a single piece of forwarded mail. I know I have outstanding bills, but I can't pay them, because I haven't received them!!!The phone number provided is to an automated line, and IT'S NO HELP WHATSOEVER!!! I'm new to the area, and I cannot find a phone number to call this P.O. directly. It's VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!

Our regular postal carrier is more than a 5 star lady. The weekend carrier today doesn’t even bother to try closing the mailbox door…even in inclement weather. Someone needs to follow up on the training to see how effective it has been! Create a survey for each aspect of service please just to be more specific.

I had to mail a few things at this post office yesterday and fell in love with it's charm. The attendants offered great customer service at a rather quick pace. I've said it before but love that everything is nearby. I am so happy we live in Duncan, OK! Cheers***
