Extremely unreliable. Extremely overpriced garbage. Lure new customers in with cheap deals and leave the old customers to pay exorbent prices to make up for reeling in all the new suckers

Service sucks. Outages on outages on outages. Never an estimated resolution time. 5+ outages this week alone (this one lasting over 12 hours), to the point where I got fired from a remote position due to the connection issues. Terrible customer service. Go with Dobson instead.

The town of Marlow and Duncan Oklahoma are having miserable internet problems. There are many people calling and we all get the runaround. If whole towns are having issues maybe you should look further into it. Everyone has gotten rude customer service and many are looking for new provider's. Get it together sparklight.

Ben did a fantastic job and the service we received from him was great. Definitely recommend him to help anyone with sparklight. He made sure we had been taken care of because we have been getting the run around before ben coming over to help us. Ben gets a 5 star.

Shout out to Sparklight! We've been having some really bad unexplainable issues with our Internet. However, our tech, Ben, this evening was awesome! He figured out the problem and was very helpful and informative!!! Good job sparklight!

I had an appointment setup but they never showed and when I called customer service I had to wait 30 minutes before someone answered while a machine kept telling me that no one was ahead of me and when I finally got someone they told me my appointment got moved to the week after

Went in to trade in my old modem for a new one. The lady that helped me was very professional and friendly. Ended up having to trade in the new one again cause of a defect, had absolutely no issues very quick and painless.

Switched to dobson fiber for about 2 months as it was the latest thing and always about speed and bandwidth when we but what a disappointment had to go back to Sparklight

Sparklight needs to keep in pace with other providers and extend lower pricing and better service / there should only be one internet plan at a reasonable price with unlimited data.There are other provider options now with better internet and pricing
