Picked up a U-haul trailer, and they were very professional. The lady I dealt with even gave me the military discount since my son is in the Army, and I was moving his wife and kids to Fort Campbell, Kentucky.I will use them again if needed. I highly recommend them if your moving and needing a truck ur trailer.

Pier one replaced the steering on my bass boat. They did it in a very timely manner. There was a small problem when I got it back and they fixed it right away while I waited. I would readily recommend this business for all boat owners.

They refused to honor the rental agreement for a storage unit that we were sold by Penske leaving us stranded and unable to find a storage unit in the area. She cussed us out and hung up when we asked if they were going to honor the reservation we made. Must be some democrats-
