The doctors have always been very kind, listen to concerns and even after hours they are good to us when we showed up on Christmas Eve. I dislike the front desk ladies and one of the vet techs as well. The ladies up front seem to hate when people come in, they are short and rude at times. They refuse to make eye contact or even say good morning. Only one vet tech was kinda rude and condescending, if I could remember her name I probably would have put it on here. Front desk is nicer when they are taking your money. I will not stop going here just because of the FD ladies, it would be nice if they got some ladies that liked there job.

I am very happy with the care my dog Annie received from Osage Animal Hospital. Dr. Tristan did TPLO surgery on her. He called after her surgery to let me know the surgery was finished and how Annie was doing. I had a concern a couple of weeks after the surgery and they answered my questions promptly. Annie is doing great.

Myself or my beloved animals have never been treated so beautifully as by the staff at Osage vet. They made me aware and comfortable of each procedure or issue. They’ve kept in phone contact with me during surgeries (neuter) and grooming. I’m so very blessed to have chosen this Vet group of wonderful folks. From the time you walk in until even after I leave -they call to update me on my fur babies. I couldn’t be more thankful. ❤️ -it’s time To go to Osage animal clinic on Osage in Duncan. You will never regret it. And their prices are affordable and the staff is the kindest people that You will ever meet. The doctors are knowledgeable and I recommend Osage for all of your pets needs. I’m a fur-ever client.
Ps. If you have a dog who is a bit anxious and needs to chew ALOT- They have great selection of the KONG BRAND chews for aggressive chewers - there prices are a lot better than Amazon or anywhere else Ive purchased chew toys❤️✅✅✅

Awesome staff! Soo friendly and welcoming!! My pup was scared of new people and loved all the people she met and continues to meet with every visit. Super affordable, Very easy to book with and get seen! Best Customer support!

I had to put my pet down when I found out he had diebetes because they seem to care more about getting paid than helping someones dying pet even a hospital will work with you if you don't have the money and before they even euthanized him the receptionist was asking for money like I wasn't going to pay them .It's pretty bad when money takes precedent over your dying pet .Was money your motivation to become a veterinarian.A part of me died with my pet hope your happy
