terrible service and rude. They had my car for 6 months and didn’t work on it one bit. We called to check in on it, the worker claimed he would work on it every single time we called. We even asked him if it’s the car or if he needs parts. He said that he has everything and continued to say he will work on it. We got frustrated and picked the car up. Will not be coming back.

Very honest and fair. They were up front with everything and I even ended up paying a little less than the quote. There is a bit of a wait to get cars in, but it is well worth it for the service you get.

We have had 2 vehicles repaired at O'Neals. They were quick, efficient and very reasonable with their prices. We took our Tundra in with various lights on and turns out it needed a reset and not any real repairs. A lot of other businesses wouldn't have been so honest that it was a simple, inexpensive fix. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. I will never take our cars anywhere else.
