They were a life saver! They figured out the problem, fixed it, and even took steps to help prevent the problem from happening again. All the while being polite and professional, and a very fair price. Will definitely go back when I need auto work done.

After a disastrous job by Bryant's I went to Norton''s; they properly indentified the problem and fixed it in no time at all. Their shop prices and add-on fees are much more reasonable too.

I originally heard through word of mouth that Norton’s was the best mechanic in town. I have never been let down or had to question anything Marshall and his crew have done and as a single female that’s an enormous plus! I’ve had 2 high mileage vehicles and the first one had lots of problems but the pricing has always been more than fair and the quality of work can’t be beat! I trust Marshall and his crew so much I even took my latest vehicle in to have them look it over and let me know if anything needs attention. I just can’t brag enough on them!

My sister and her husband from Pennsylvania along with my niece and her family from Florida, and my sister's A/c had quit cooling along the way down, so my brother-in-law found Norton's auto online and was able to get in the very next day and thank goodness all that was needed was to be charged. The total charge and service charges only cost $90.00. Great service with great prices!! Would definitely recommend them to family and friends!
