They are just salesman they do not care about our community I put it to the just to see if they would give me any info or could make any suggestions on fixing oil filter assembly and all they wanted to do was get me to spend $300 on something I'm taking down to another place and I fixed it for less that $1 so I'm sorry Napa but once again you proved to be never used from anytime place or person I know

Worst experience ive had buying auto parts in my life and im in my 50s. truck broke down in Tuttle i went to napa to buy a starter for 99 dollars and they charged me a 40 dollar core. i could not fix my truck in Tuttle as the starter is under the intake on a Toyota tundra so we towed her back to duncan to fix it got her fixed and went to take my core back to my local napa he would not take my core back told me i had to drive back to Tuttle and that over an hour away and it would take me 40 in gas ...he would not give me corporates number and told me they would not help me because they are not a corporate store. bad service never will i go back ever

Garbage service, i had headlights that had a 3 year warranty on them that I hadn't even had for more than a year and they wouldn't warranty out one bad bulb. I will definately take my business else where.
