Medical malpractice on 2 kittens. They diagnosed without proper testing since the kittens had a immunity disease, since 3 kittens and almost now 4 kittens in the liter had a separate blood type than the mother's blood, the kittens are now in the ground. They said the 2 kittens were dehydrated, and need more water. 1 hour after 1 kitten passed away as soon as we arrived home. The kittens needed a blood transfusion and they neglected to fully and properly check and properly diagnose. They just skimmed the job and diagnosed without testing, just going off by "looks". Never again

Took my dog dom in last monday. He swalloed a rope toy. Vet sent him hime with meds and he died 2 days later. No xrays, no blood drawn. Just rubbed his stomache and sent him home. R.i.p. dom

I don't like it there they try to tell you what to do with your animals and they try make you get your animals fix I am sorry but I am not fixing my puppy at all

This is absolutely the best veterinarian office that we've ever been to! We have to take my cat in every two weeks and it couldn't be more hassle-free. They get him in very quickly, are really nice and attentive to him, and get us checked out just as fast. We are normally out within 15-20 minutes - and most of that is me talking. This type of visit in San Antonio took 2-3 hours at the very least, every visit. Sometimes we were there over 4 hours. I don't even see how someone could ever complain about a wait here. We are truly grateful for the clinic, the friendly, awesome staff, and last but not least, Dr. Lance. My pets love him and we know they'll be in good hands.

Brags: Dr. Minson is too good to put words out!Boos: The female veterinarian seems to be suffering from burnout and was too fast, too dismissive, too uninterested with our concerns.I would have given 4.25 ⭐ if it was an option!
