After 4 vets and almost losing my Mega Esophagus pup , we are now more than happy to drive almost an hour to see Lance and staff.Lance and Lacy were both wonderful through the terrible process of our first visit..which happened to be one of my babies last day with us. They were extremely caring, professional and we even received a bereavement letter. Our meds are cheaper, the care is top notch and knowing someone truly loves our furry family members is priceless. My only regret is we didn’t find them sooner. The Alexander gang loves our vet family.

I was not impressed. Brought my kitten in on Saturday because he had been having diarrhea, throwing up, not eating, and just sitting very lethargic with his head hanging over the water bowl. While in the waiting room, one of the other customers was letting their small dog run around everywhere. It lunged at my cat carrier while I was sitting, making my kitten hiss loudly, then the pet owner laughed and continued letting his dog run around and jump up everywhere while the front desk folks were gushing over it. Going to the vet is already stressful enough for kittens without unrestrained dogs running around and jumping at them. When my kitten was examined about an hour later, the doctor did a fecal exam and was all clear on parasites. However he told me he had some "vibrating bacteria" in his gut and that he didn't know where they came from. I could not find anything about "vibrating bacteria" when I got home and researched but chalked it up to the vet knowing more than the internet. I was told to give my kitten Biomox and Albon twice a day for the next 8 days. I have never heard of Albon being administered more than once a day but again decided to trust the vet's judgement. My kitten was also not weighed at all while we were there so I'm not sure how the vet determined the dosage. I was charged about $160 for the short exam and the two medications. When I started the treatment immediately after getting home, my kitten was not able to keep any of the medications down (likely due to not eating in over 24 hours and the vet not administering any anti-enemics or nasua medication). He threw up 5-6 times. Then he started declining even more rapidly on Sunday, throwing up 8-10 times and still not eating or drinking anything at all.Today (Monday morning) he has thrown up already about 6 times and has not eaten, drank water, or used the bathroom since the vet visit. I have called the office at least 5 times and have left messages but have not received an answer or a call back despite them being open. This is Day 4 of no food in my poor kitten's stomach, and the recommended treatment had made him even more lethargic and ill.I will not be back.

They were such sweet people. I had to bring my cat here in 2020. I didn't get the answer I wanted to hear. I was a huge mess they gave me a hug and was apologized. Received a card a cew weeks later. I also took my American bully there and the Dr saved his life. He had parvo symptoms and gave him meds and he survived in 2020 too. Now I just took our new puppy we adopted and they were super sweet today too. Had a office full so they must be a great vet

Dr Mary took really good care of my kitty cat. The advice she gave us on his food changes really made a blood difference. He is feeling so much better.

My little fur baby Mandie, had a great repor with Dr Lance. We went to see him serval times in the last 3 months. Yesterday was her last visit, even tho he tried hard to keep her with me, she was tired and ready to go see her friends. Dr. Lance made her passing as comfortable for me as for her. I knew she would be in great hands in the end.Thank you Dr. Lance for your compassion you showed to us.

When our elderly dog got out, he was lost and confused. Animal control and this veterinary clinic took care of him and helped us get him back home. They treated him so nicely and didn't give awkward weird responses like the other one in town.

Always the best possible experience. Lost my sweet fur baby Fletcher after- hours and while out of town. Dr. Mary met me up at the office waited until I was ready to leave him. She understood and comforted me. I didn't want to leave him. She was patient and so very kind. Then just a short time later I lost my daughter's sweet baby Jelly Bean. It was a terrible loss and the staff talked to me multiple times through the day.Forever grateful. The entire staff is wonderful in the 10+ years of doing business with them, I never had a bad experience.

We have been taking our animals to Minson since moving to Duncan in 1983. Love the addition of Dr. Mary several years ago and now Dr. Minson's son, Lance.
