Called last week to schedule and get an estimate for a 1-2 hour job to replace glass and weather stripping on my car. I was happy with the price and asked Lisa and the estimator if I could drop my car off early this week 02/20/2024, and get told that the owner Dennis told her to push me back to April 11th. I already have the supplies I just don’t have time for the labor. Lisa also told me that this was because other vehicles have been dropped off but when I drove home from work I didn’t see any new vehicles as I drive by daily for work. Poor customer service.
