WARNING MILITARY VETERANS: If I could give one star I would. This greedy ass company stopped giving military discounts except for “certain” items. This is such a shame and I hope they lose all of their business. I’ll make sure I tell every veteran I know to not go here and leave their reviews of how they feel and their experience.

Recently I purchased a swing frame from McCoys in Duncan, Oklahoma. I want to thank the store for free delivery and to thank the delivery drivers Chris and Dylan for an outstanding job. They put it in my back yard and even hung my swing. Thank you so much! You guys are rock stars!!⭐️

Helpful people and a good selection of tools and materials. Prices are competitive, and with common items the gas you pay to drive elsewhere make it more affordable to shop locally.

Everyone that works there is amazing. EXCEPT 1 lazy guy with an extremely poor attitude. Just bought land a few months ago and am currently building a house. Been going to McCoy's for all of my building needs for quite a while. Not anymore though. My business account goes with me too. Just takes q guy to ruin everything...

I am a plumber and use lots of a certain water heater connector. They had a good price on them and so I called to order some. I made it clear that I would need them shipped to me as i live over 2 hours away, and was told they would come to store and then they could ship them to me if I would pay the shipping fee, which I said was fine. After I waited for them, I got a call that they were ready for pick up. I called to have them shipped, lady said she would get prices and call back, heard nothing, called next day and told they could not ship them due to possible fraud: even though they had been paid several days prior. If I had been told this when I ordered, would have been no problem and could have ordered elsewhere and not lost several days. Really frustrated. Terrible customer service.
