Spent 8k on a new mower. Found rust and stickers were peeling and faded before any use. Associate said it’s fine, we’ll take care of it under warranty. Go to pick it up and they tried to charge $150 ??. A little miscommunication, but they fixed it.

I recently purchased a mower and took it in for its first service, a simple oil change. I also asked that my blade be inspected as the mower was not cutting well. If they needed replaced, I asked for notification and price first and asked for a specific type blade. I received notification the service was complete and that I owed over $300. I asked what this was for and was told that they replaced the blades without my authorization and it was the “only way that they could verify” that was what was needed. I made them replace the blades with the “original” and was still charged $235 for an oil change. Parts totaled $30, the remainder was labor. The owner did rectify this by stating that price was not correct and provided me a substantial refund for the “labor” but did notify me that they charge $135 an hour. After receiving my mower back with the “original blades” I see large chips and chunk’s missing. I have no rocks in my yard and I am the only person who uses this mower so I asked to them to verify that the correct blades are on my mower and was told yes. So if these blades are the original, I wonder why “new ones had to be put on to verify that’s the issue” when you could have easily seen that if these were the same blades. Would not recommend this business to anyone and question their business practices!

List the prices is your adds and on your site. What legitimate company fishes for numbers anymore. Moving on to a company that is not afraid to list their prices online and avoid having a sales call just to get them. Garbage...

Bought a Spartan zero turn from Keystone. Very impressed with the service at the time of sale and the availability of parts which can be shipped to me without having to go back to Duncan. I can get parts from a closer dealer but I prefer dealing with people I trust. I have a Ford tractor and they have helped me with parts including a part that was hard to find due to a change in part numbers. I recommend this outfit to anyone looking for any equipment that they handle.

Bought a NEW zero turn Spartan mower for $6500. Mows uneven. We took it to them and they “fixed” it and said it mows great. Brought it back home, still mows uneven. The manager or whoever told us that it mows great and pretty much that we are stuck with it. HORRIBLE customer service. They spoke in a very condescending tone to me and my husband. They still say it “mows great” ????????????

I purchased a new Powerstar 75 from another dealer and on delivery it had issues with the skid steer quick connect being hard to operate. They sent their mechanic out to address the issues and he said the attachments they sold me had the pin holes to small so he used my grinder and ground the holes bigger, still not correct , i had to take it to the shop and they said that it had parts missing,never got fixed correctly. after one year of dealing with it I took it to Keystone and they repaired it the first time and now it works great as it should. Great people and great mechanics at Keystone.
