So my electric company charged me twice. I called and they said they only see one payment pending. That makes sense because the computer was expecting one payment. They couldn't do anything for me. Physically went to my local IBC branch and they couldn't do anything except to tell me to call 1-800 number on back of card. I figured since they told me that the 1-800 people would fix it. AHHH but NO. They couldn't offer anything but for me to wait and see if both charges went thru and then dispute the charge. WTH, someone employed by IBC should be able to just stop the second one. That's too easy!!! Not at IBC though, you'll have to go through the dispute process. So your money will be tied up for ever how long that takes. Thanks IBC/IBC VISA for uh NOTHING.

I swear this is the slowest bank I have ever had to deal with. We use it for the company I work at and I literally wait over 20 minutes every time I come to get change for our store even when I am the ONLY one in the drive thru. GRRRR

Terrible customer service. My husband sent a cashier’s check to purchase a car from his credit union to be deposited at IBC Bank Duncan. They told the seller they called the credit union and that my husband did not have an account at credit union. #1 This was a cashier’s check issued from the credit union. #2 He has been a member and account holder for 15 years. # 3 We only have two other car notes, a house mortgage, plus a new home equity loan with the credit union. The IBC Bank Duncan would not return calls from my husband’s credit union to verify funds. They also would not return his calls after numerous messages left. The bank has had the cashier’s check for over 19 days. Today we had to stop payment because they have done nothing with the check. Thanks IBC Duncan. Looks like car deal won’t happen now. :( Go bank someplace else in Duncan. Thanks for nothing

I had some negative items on my account that was due to fraud. The workers in there took care of it all. In less than a week I got all of my money back. I love this bank. Will refer everyone I know to them.
