I got told that it was only gonna be 40 dollars to file my taxes and then when I got there they said it was gonna be 160 a completely different prices range then when I walked out after telling them that i didn't have the money she told her boss and then I just got my w2s back and said they weren't gonna file it lmao what a joke without no explanation at that

Darlene Pratt, I believe is her name was very prompt punctual and very kind and courteous while helping me with my refund, I would recommend her to anyone!!! She is a very sweet person!!! First time at H&R block and I'll say I'll be back as a returning customer!!!
