A few years back I had a couple bad experiences at Erik’s Pitstop with them making silly mistakes like not putting my oil cap back on and just leaving it sittting on the engine. So for years I drove all the way to Marlow to have my oil changed. Since it’s been a few years I thought I would give them another chance and boy was that a mistake. Since they changed my oil a couple days ago, my car has been leaking oil all over my garage. My car is only a few years old and never had a issue before. I brought it back this morning and they told me to pull up behind another car, then start working on the car in the opposite bay. After waiting 45 minutes to get into the bay, they tell me there is no leak. I show them the picture of oil all over my garage and they insist it’s water from the air conditioner. I explain that I felt of it and it’s definitely oil and they argue with me and insist it’s not. Like I don’t know what oil is? These guys are a joke, it back to Marlow for me.

This is the first place we took one of our vehicles to for an oil change and I doubt we would go anywhere else. They are reasonably priced, super fast, do a great job, and are really nice people. We've never had a problem and recommend to everyone.
