Even though insurance paid for my rental i opted for the extra insurance. I highly recommend you DO NOT get it because it cost me almost as much for that as it was to rent the car! Then they would randomly charge my card without asking or letting me know wiping out my bank account. Trying to get help with this company is like pulling teeth, you will fet nothing but a run around. So beware!

Reserving a vehicle doesn't mean they will absolutely have it for you. Leaving for vacation, reservation made WAY ahead of time, and they didn't have our rental when it was the day of pick up. And they matter-of-factly told me that's just how it is sometimes and that a reservation isn't a guarantee. That was a couple of years ago and I've rented there a couple of times since then with no problem. (They are the only option in our area) Their rentals are inexpensive. On our last visit, a man named James (?) took good care of us. So...50/50 on my review.

Zero stars !!! I called to make a reservation like I have with other companies 100’s of times and they set me up with the van I wanted . When I go to pick the van up they tell me that they don’t have anything available. Now I am late for a dr appointment cost me 150$ to reschedule. If they didn’t have a ride available I would have tried another company . I had plenty of time to find something else but when you say you got me I trust you’re going to make it happen . That was the second and last time enterprise said sure I got a vehicle available when in actuality they didn’t . I will never use enterprise again. If you want to be let down or stranded and total frustrated left out in the cold then be my guest .

Stranded due to car trouble, Duncan Enterprise would not allow one way rentals. They are not open during the weekend, so the only way to rent the car on that Friday evening was before 5pm then bring it back on Monday! No key drop options either.

Awesome customer service. They do need a after hours drop box. Every time I've ever rented a car, I've never been able to be there during business hours. I've always used a drop box(except at the airport). Now I have to make special arrangements with my work to drop off the car during business hours. I have to check other options.

Very helpful people! My husband was in an accident that totaled his Pickup Truck. Within a couple days they had another truck for him to rent.

Worst car rental experience I have ever had. We had reserved an SUV at this location. We proceed to pickup our reserved SUV on the specified date and time. The guy working there advised they did not have our reserved vehicle there, I cannot recall the reason, but they didn't even bother calling us to let us know before we drove 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle. We asked the guy if he could check the location in Lawton to see if they had any SUVs in the size we needed. He said something along the line of "no, I already know they don't have any." So, my wife and I called the Enterprise 800 number and asked them for help, guess who had an SUV in the size we needed? The location in Lawton where the guy said he was certain they didn't have any. As we left, we told the guy and all he said was "ok" no apology or anything. Maybe he was having a bad day? I don't know, but the entire experience was awful. We literally wasted about 1.5 hours driving and calling Enterprise because of the poor customer service.

I had a accident on January 5th of 2022, and Ms Courtney was there to help. Ms Courtney got me into a ride within 2 hours after my accident. Ms Courtney was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about her job. Thank you Enterprise and Ms Courtney for making my transition into getting a new car after a major accident seamless and stress free. If you are ever in need of a car go to Enterprise and ask for Courtney! Enterprise is lucky to have her on their team!!

My insurance was covering my rental. I was supposed to be in a full size, they put e in a compact because the full size was having oil changed, said would call me as soon as it was back. 31 days for a oil change? Picked my car up from body shop Friday evening. Couldn't get to store before closing time. No drop box. Told Couldn't return car till Monday at 730. But I will hav to pay for the weekend. Get here this morning to return vehicle, sign says will not be here till 9. I have to be at work at 8am. I will never do business with enterprise again.

Would have given five stars but Salesman thanked my good friend for the purchases. Not my husband or I but he did get the car I wanted and that counts more at the moment! We didn't think we were ever going to get one car much less two!The "Detailer" gave me some good info and local business card. Much better than the service I got in Eastern Lubbock TX, close to the "Buddy Holly" Memorial. 0 Stars!

Should be -5 stars. We needed our vehicle by 8am they didn't give us it til almost noon. We did the scratch inspection before we left and I noticed a scratch on the wheel well I told them and they said " that's not a major worry don't take pictures" so we didn't. Well we returned it they did the scratch inspection again and found the exact scratch I pointed out when they told me not to take pictures of it and tried to blame that on us. So for now on take pictures of every cranny u find so they won't blame u for this.

Enterprise in duncan oklahoma double dipped my checking account and took another 300 deposit. They were late having truck at office they did give me 10% which was a plus but no one was there at 8 but detail lady to return truck. Now there is a scratch above wheel well and they are keeping deposit. I failed to take pics before. And my checking account is in the negative with 25 charge due to them pulling extra 300 dollars. It is now 119 pm and still no refund that Jared said he did at 930. Doesn't take long to take money out of someone's account but forever to refund. My bank said there is no refund pending only the 300 charge from your company.

If 0 was an option, I would definitely give 0 stars. Our experience today was the WORST experience I have ever encountered with any kind of travel. How exactly do you allow a reservation for a car in an area that no location in a 150 mile radius has had no car available in over a week? And then move the reservation to another location with no availability? You are not just ruining peoples vacations, as this was for work, you are ruining peoples livelihood by lying!
