Called last week too see if they had my insulin they said Yes they had my Trulicity so my dr sent my script, TODAY I CAL TOO SEE IF ITS READY THEY SAID WE DONT HAVE THE TRULICITY IM INFURIATED YOU PUT MY HEALTH AT RISK NOW IM DO MY WEEKLY SHOT NOW I CANT GET IT IM 100 PERCENT INSULIN DEPENDENT WTH! I WILL NEVER STEP foot in there store ever !!

12 hours after the Dr called in my prescription and its still not ready? Last time I will have prescriptions filled here. If I didn't need it I wouldn't have gone to the Doctor

Duncan CVS is awful!! I had to change from Walgreens, which for 40 years never had a problem! Went on the app to renew prescription got to CVs it wasn't ready. Went by 6 hours later still not ready. Have to go back tomorrow!! Only 1person in pharmacy and their computers were shutting down at 7. Pharmacist blamed it on Obama care?? Really??? it's the company!!! Been like this for years!!!

Expensive compared to Walmart. Also did not appreciate the rudeness when dropping off a UPS package. The lady asked if I had a label then mumbled something about where to leave the package and I am hard of hearing so I misunderstood at first and was looking for a drop off box. She then told me to leave it on the counter in a nasty tone then proceeded to chat up a customer she apparently knew. Not coming here again.

Went to the pharmacy, great customer service! Ryan was a great help, fixed a problem urgent care made, by sending meds to a total different place! Thank you for helping us and getting fixed.

I absolutely LOVE the pharmacist here!!! My husband and I recently moved from Texas to Oklahoma causing a gap in our insurance. We have visited the pharmacy here on 3 separate occasions and he has went above and beyond serving us. He has provided us with a coupon each occasion, providing a HUGE discount during this transition time. We g go as been unhappy with our CVS in Texas and was considering switching pharmacies but his exceptional service and kindness has motivated us to stay. Thank you Mike!

I really shouldn’t give a star at all. This is the worst pharmacy of all time. I had to come here because my daughter needs her antibiotics and everywhere else is out and will take a few days to order more in. I don’t know what happened to this pharmacy. Back in my younger days I loved CVS they were friendly and quick to your needs. Today it’s almost as if they need a reboot I’ve never in my life seen people move like sloths. The pharmacist has lines thru the drive thru and in the store he is on the phone laughing with the other caller talking about personal things while all the customers are waiting for him. This is a place of business, personal conversations should be exchanged between lunch hours or time not at work. They had three women one who took 15 minutes to get to the window of the drive thru that I sat patiently waiting in before reversing and going inside the store. By the time I parked went inside she still hadn’t opened the window to check out the drive thru I done talked and been waiting on the pharmacist by the time she help the customer. Insane to me just insane!I really don’t want to go back today but I must.

Takes 4 ever to answer the phone have been on hold for 32 minutes and still waiting. Very frustrating I know they are not that busy to pick up the phone even to say be with you as soon as we can. Wish I could change pharmacy's.

I have been sitting in the pharmacy pickup line for 50 minutes. There are 7 cars in front of me. 2 cars actually backed out of the line. One car finally was served and we are back to sitting here and not moving again with 4 cars in front of me. This pharmacy and store are very inefficiently run. And now after nearly an hour, I am stuck in a line that I cannot get out of and no one is answering the phone to even find out what is happening!! This is the last straw. I will be finding another pharmacy and definitely never use the store. What terrible management and ownership!! They truly deserve negative stars.UPDATE: it’s been over an hour and I still haven’t moved and I am still stuck in their drive through.SECOND UPDATE: one hour and 50 minutes and I am still stuck in this line!! I could not leave if I wanted to because your car is literally blocked in with a concrete wall on one side and a concrete building on the other.DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS PHARMACY OR STORE!THIRD UPDATE: almost 3 hours and still stuck in line. Store manager says there is nothing he can do and I’m still without a prescription.

I am rating my overall experience with 3 stars, because almost all of the associates are pretty courteous and helpful except one young female.On two separate occasions including one which happened today, after she input my phone number and I attempted to use the 40% single-item couple, she told me I didn't have anything on the account. Then realizing she made mistakes, instead of acknowledging them, she then asked me emotionlessly to enter it on my own, applied it, and of course the discount generated automatically. She is also the only one whom never greeted customers or bid them farewells.I don't know what her issue is, but can tell that she hates the job and is not taking it seriously either. CVS needs to look into this and correct her actions; otherwise, this branch will be losing a ton of business!

ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE!!!!!!After being here 4 times in 2 days, STILL only got one prescription filled. They’ve been out of stock for weeks, and still can’t say when my medication will be available.I was in a line of 16 people today, only one person working in the pharmacy.I’ll be paying out of pocket in the future to get my meds elsewhere.CVS is no longer in my business options anymore.

I have no idea why ANYONE would even use this place for pharmacy needs?! Horribly slow processing meds and since the app server is ALWAYS down, getting thru to check on prescriptions is nearly impossible. Find the best thing close to a local pharmacy folks and keep them open!!
