I was a member during my stay in Duncan Oklahoma. Those guys were beyond helpful and always friendly. They definitely stand out within the industry. Shelby even took the time to count $60 worth of change for me. I'll definitely miss you guys. See ya on the east coast. ?

If you need a bank, this is the one for you. Everyone is so helpful. Shelby has assisted me on several occasions. I didn’t know how to use the ATM and she kindly came over with me to instruct me on how to get my cash in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this bank. Go see Shelby!!

This bank is conventionally located. I come in to get some groceries at Walmart and when I walk by the tellers are always so nice. Shelby has always assisted me with outstanding services every time.

Absolutely horrible service! My acct overdrew, I know however it was during the pandemic and I was having issues with work, they never even gave me a choice of a payment plan or anything to pay the acct off. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE!!

Literally the worst banks ever! Do not bank here! Been here for years and they treat you so bad. Also you can see them moving your money around over night and changing the amount in your account. Just watch. Log in every hour and see.

When we moved from Phoenix to Oklahoma, we moved most of our accounts to online banking. For the most it's been incredible. Every now and then an actual local bank would be nice but without monthly fees. I decided to open an account at City National Bank since it's located within Walmart. Here in Duncan, we only two choices for groceries so since I'm often at Walmart, it felt best to just open a simple checking account. As long as I keep the balance above seventy five dollars, I am not charged a monthly fee. I opened a savings account as well and every time I use the debt card linked to the checking account, the amount of each purchase is rounded up to the dollar amount and the difference is added to the savings account. Best part, I didn't have to wait to have the debit card mailed. It was made within minutes and ready to use. Initially I went in to purchase a cashier's check and without account, a single check would have been fifteen dollars. With an account with City National Bank, the fee for such a check would have been five dollars. After asking Shelby a million and one questions, I finally decided then and there to open a checking and savings account. I no longer need to purchase cashier's checks for the purpose of mobile deposit via online banking apps. Score! I save money and time. Shelby was amazing in helping me. Cassie and Perry have been a sweethearts every time I stop in to make deposits or say Hello when things are calm. I did call 800 customer service line and they were very friendly and answered my questions. Good choice and if you find that you may need a simple checking account without all the hassles of huge banks, then maybe City National Bank within Walmart and various locations in Oklahoma Walmart locations may be ideal for you as well. Check 'em out!
