Personally, I've had no prob with either branch in Duncan. Maybe folks are shy, ill. In my experience, it's not easy maintaining composure when the customer is being a jerk/Karen.

We set my niece up an account about a year ago and they were so helpful! We've also had to get stuff notarized and they did it for us even though we didn't have an account with them. They also assisted my brother with something even though he didn't have an account. It is for that reason, we decided to bring our LLC account to them today and will take my other niece in to set up an account for her as well. They are truly an amazing bank, taking care of people even if they are not customers! Cheryl and Tammy were super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and that the process went quickly as well. I can't say enough good things about them!

Takes a lot for me to write review lol I’m so tired of the ATM being down either on the weekends or holidays. Went today and it was blocked off by cones. Luckily it was working, so I was able to get out of my car and do my transactions but I almost drove off. Other people were doing the same thing (seeing the cones and driving away). I needed to get money to pay my rent. There’s only 1 other atm and it’s in the hospital. It’s unsafe during COVID 19 and highly regulated so I may not even be able to get in anyway.

Well I used to love this bank but their online banking randomly won't transfer money leaving me stranded two states away with 5 bucks in my checking unable to access my savings. They also don't have 24/7 helplines. I'm currently looking into a different bank. Would not recommend banking here. Bancworst

The President seems to be a nice person.Everyone below her at this location should be unemployed.On several occasions i have received way too much attitude from the employees and many times the transactions take much longer than they should and it seems to be on purpose for some reason.The people at the downtown location have always been pleasant and given me good service.If it was closer, i would never go to the Elk location.
