Personally, I've had no prob with either branch in Duncan. Maybe folks are shy, ill. In my experience, it's not easy maintaining composure when the customer is being a jerk/Karen.

Well I used to love this bank but their online banking randomly won't transfer money leaving me stranded two states away with 5 bucks in my checking unable to access my savings. They also don't have 24/7 helplines. I'm currently looking into a different bank. Would not recommend banking here. Bancworst
