Bishop Taylor was so helpful to this 73 yo woman! He basically trained me how to use my new iPhone 14 that I purchased yesterday! Last night I was frustrated but Bishop Taylor answered All my questions! The store manager and Brandy waited on us. They were absolutely amazing. Very informative, helpful, and patient. Brandy has a great sense of humor. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I was not pleased that my iPhone had a problem that I couldn’t hear callers unless I was on speaker. My daughter had the same problem with a phone from Verizon. They replaced the phone stating it was an apple problem that was common with iPhones. She had no insurance. But they sent her phone back and replaced her with a new phone. I expected to at least get it fixed. But they said I had to buy a new phone since I did not have insurance. A problem with an apple component in the phone should be cover regardless of insurance! I am not happy with AT&T. I switched from Verizon and it cost me on my first phone!You should back your products! I’m thinking about changing back to Verizon next phone! Did not have these problems with them.

They have 2 reviews.... From years ago!!! Pretty sure the same ppl do not work there. They have helped me several times. They are humans doing the best they can. I wished I remember both the associate that helped me. They were knowledgeable and helpful. I have been with AT&T for to long. They are expensive, I also like my service. Soooo kinda a catch 22. I hardly ever give a 5 star review...that's because we are humans and we make human mistakes. I don't feel they are a one star business

It’s a nice place to go there. But they were really busy and they only had two workers and they could’ve used a third one but when the guy finally got to me he was really sweet and he apologized to me for having to wait so long but he was a really awesome guy. And his manners were really good.

I would give 0 stars, if it would let me. Paid a bill last year, AT&T won't let me add a line, because there's no record on their end, but I have a receipt. Makes no sense!!

After struggling online trying to start new wireless service, I decided to go into the Duncan A tt. I am so thankful I did! Tyler and Bishop were so helpful and friendly! I couldn't be happier! Thanks guys for the awesome experience!
